Nov 10, 2010My htc hero can't seem to keep apps running in the background, save for a few, such as the engadget app. when I press home from the internet browser or the PDF viewer and try to get back into the application, the internet browser will resend info to get the page I was on back and the PDF viewer will restart just like the browser and end up in a PDF file I wasn't in before. It seems that the applications restart themselves when I get out of them. Also, I just downloaded the 2.1 update for TELUS, so I'm not sure if thats to blame.

wtf? Check spare parts partial wake usage since last unplugged and the Calander is up there at the top above the Android system.

Jun 17, 2010When there is a countdown for a "non-premium" download, specificially megaupload. Does this make sense? Whenever there is a countdown download, my dolphin browser loads the page up and the countdown stops. Does anyone know a workaround to this problem?

I copied over all the folders that were in my old memory card and created an additional folder called 'music' and added a few mp3 files in there. The one I use a lot is speedometer which allows you to upload your runs.Whilst handy for seeing the route that you've taken and you're speed at different stages the graph it plots is distance against speed, and it would be useful to have speed against time.I've got on well with speedo so far, but I'd just like to know if there's something better that I've not discovered yet.
