I don't have a computer to get on google wave, so I don't know if other one of them awesome white widow roms has came out yet. Has 4.0 busted out yet? If so, will someone please email le the zip for it, please.

View 1 Replies View RelatedHow can I synch google calendar to EVO without a computer. I want to upload or (import) an .ICS file to Google Calendar from my EVO. I can download the ics calendar to my evo. when I goto google calendar under my calendars and select import calendar, I get a new window that says import calendar choose file. If you have Astro file manager installed on your phone it will actually let you choose your file I.E. an ICS file which I have located on my SD card. When you choose this file and select import It says "Failed to import events Empty uploaded file." When this exact same action is done on a computer it works flawlessly, what gives i cant carry my computer everywhere and I need to update my google calendar.

Whenever I plug it into my computer and mount it shows a USB drive under "Computer", but whenever I click it I get a popup saying that the drive can't be found. View 4 Replies View RelatedSaw some discussion on this on the Hero forum here, and one mention on the HTC forum, but no conclusive answers. I cannot get HTC Sync to work on my computer. I am running XP SP3. I have downloaded the latest version of HTC Sync. I disable my anti-virus and firewall and install, and it reports it installs correctly, but that it will not run and it will not recognize the phone.
I read that it's a "known issue" with McAfee, but don't see a workaround or any detailed threads.Anyone running McAfee and get it to work?
I sync my Eris with Outlook on my computer but have not done so since March 2010. When I now plug my Eris into a USB port, it does not recognize it as another drive or hardware like it used to. The computer does recognize other peripherals when plugged into the USB port.

I'm pretty sure that my Eris is faster and better than this computer in every respect except for screen size, but I wonder, how does the Eris's processor compare to other x86 processors out there? Has anybody benchmarked arm based CPUs against old pentium CPUs? Does anybody know how our phone processors stack up against computer processors?
