HTC EVO 4G : Way To Organize Bookmark Widget?
Aug 11, 2010No matter how I sort my bookmarks in the stock browser they never change in the widget itself.i tried using the bookmarks organizer app but that didn't work.

Jan 5, 2010how do i add a bookmark to the bookmark widget with a picture?currently mine has facebook, bbc, cnn, myspace, amazon google and ebay.id like to remove a few and add my own, im using the dolphin browser when i hit add bookmark on the widget it says bookmark saved but doesnt get added to the widget but only to the dolphin bookmarks. i want to be able to have it in the widget so when i click it it just opens up the webpage. is this possible?i read someone said open the browser and hit menu to get up a menu to edit the bookmarks? i hit menu and the only one i can see is add bookmark. and the rest are not relevant.if i hit the plus sign at the top left of dolphin i can get the list of bookmarks. if i hit menu again the only options are snyc, import and label. i dont see how you can edit them again.

Jul 26, 2010I noticed that the stock bookmark widget comes preloaded with several bookmarks. These bookmarks also have thumbnails associated with them. After I added my own personal bookmarks to the widget, I noticed I did not get a thumbnail of the site associated with the bookmark. Is there any way to add a bookmark and also get the thumbnail? I use Dolphin HD as my default browser.

Aug 10, 2010I'm using the stock bookmark widget. Is there any way to set it up in alphabetical order on the widget? I can set it to show me my bookmarks in alphabetical order each time I start the browser, but it reverts back to the order I saved them in on the widget.

Mar 20, 2012I am using ICS with Nova Launcher.I miss the old bookmark widget in Launcher Pro Plus, I used it in text only mode with a transparent skin and it looked good.
The bookmark widget that comes in ICS is ok but I want something with just a scrollable list of the bookmark names. I have looked at a few different apps on the market and they are mostly thumbnails of the webpage.

Jan 9, 2014I have the Chrome bookmarks widget on my homescreen, and the first spot is taken up by the "Mobile Bookmarks" folder (see screenshot). This is really annoying. When I first started using the widget, this was not the case, after a while it just appeared there.
Anyway to avoid this? Maybe even a way to change the order of the bookmarks?
If not, is there any way to remove the "Mobile bookmarks", "Desktop bookmarks" and "Other bookmarks" folders in Chrome so I could just have my bookmarks in one place?
I'm on a Sony Xperia Z1, Android 4.3, not rooted.
Motorola Droid : Sense Bookmark Widget For Droid?
Apr 16, 2010So please please forgive me if this has been asked, or is in conjunction with another thread, but I have a question for you all. Maybe you guys can help. So I know the sense Roms for the droid are around the corner (hopefully), but im not completely sure of what is included in it.
My only desire from the sense ROM would be the bookmark widget that is found on sense phones. Looks like the pic below. I was wondering if there might be apk out there that could be ported over with the fixed resolution for our phone. Or is my phone waiting for the sense ROM. Sorry I'm kinda obsessed with that widget, but not worth it to trade my droid for just that.

I have my first screen with a spinner and a button. When you click the button i catch the spinner selection and the app will move to a new screen (Depending on the spinner selection).
So now, i have 2 more .xml for the layout of the new screens, but i dont know if i must continue coding in the same Activitie/.java file, or if i should make a new Activitie and in that case, if i should create this new Activitie into another .java file os stay using the same..
Im not sure if i explained myself right xD. Anyway, if anyone need more info, just tell me and i will try to make it better.

I would like to group all my songs into genres (blues, rock, etc.). The only way I've been able to do this is by adding songs to a playlist on the phone, which is way to time consuming. Aug 12, 2010I'm working on an Android app and it's up to 17 classes. I want to start organizing the .java class files into a more intuitive layout.
Say I want to have a source code directory called "views". When I create that directory using Eclipse, it changes my package name to com.xyz to com.xyz.views.
Since this package name (com.xyz.views) is different than the rest of my app (com.xyz) is this going to cause me to do a lot of extra work to link those packages? Will this cause problems with the fact that Android Market looks at the package name and is more or less locked to the package name?
