Nov 21, 2010I have some messages but cannot delete them. There is no option. In "select action" all I can do is reply to any e-mail in the message or call.

HTC Desire : App Won't Uninstall - Delete / Way To Fix
Jun 21, 2010I don't know how this app called telmap navigator got onto my phone, only noticed it after I installed laucher. It's even in a different language, it doesn't come up in the list for uninstalling or managing applications and when I use astro to track it down to the system>apps and try to delete it that way it says error.
Anyone know any other methods?

May 20, 2010is there any way of managing/deleting files (eg PDFs that you download) on the SD card from the phone itself ? ie can you do it without connecting to a PC and mounting as disk drive ?Also - just bought a 16gb SD card and it seems like the speed of access/saving photos and transferring music from PC is much slower than with the 4GB card that came with the phone. Is that normal or have i got a dud/fake SD Card ? ( i know - I bought if from ebay - but it was a proper 30,000+ feedback seller of memory cards..)

Oct 28, 2010Basically I bought something off eBay and received a generic email to my hotmail account to say I'd won the auction. When I try to open in it does nothing, when I try and delete it it force closes the email program (I use the stock email program)I went to my email account on my PC and the email isn't even on the server!
Also my other account (also hotmail) has wiped out my entire inbox! luckily it's my old email account and I don't think I had anything important in it.I set my settings as follows a month or so ago.and havn't had any issues untill now.

Sep 30, 2010due to short storage and the large amount of email I receive I decided to install K9 because it stores mail to the sd card. So I deleted account on the stock Htc mail but the data is still there the all 55 meg of it and I cannot find a way to delete it. I ewent in setting and it does show 55mb but no button to erase data a complete reset is not an option I have copilot installed and i doubt it will reinstall with the google checkout number a second time. so My question is , How do I force the email data to erase.?

Sep 1, 2010Just downloaded the same PDF file twice. Not that it will eat up much storage space but how do I access the SD card if I did want to delete it via the phone? Also, when in PDF viewer, I noticed a couple of other files such as the quick start guide. I can only assume that they come as standard on the card? Nov 3, 2010When I put my sim card into my phone when I bought it, it has only displayed around 7 of my 60+ contacts which were stored on my sim. I have tried managing this on HTC Sense, but like everyone else most of the features are not working for me. There's no phone number of email address or anything attached to it, so it's a completely pointless entry. How can I delete it? But when I tap phone, a load of people who I only chat to on Facebook are there despite not being in the contacts folder. So how do I edit what appears under "Phone" Is there away to get rid of all the contacts that Facebook imported in one go? Or a way to edit my phone directory online? Nov 26, 2010When I go into People -> My Contact Card, my birthday is showing with the little facebook "F" there. I don't want my birthday showing (in fact I don't want anything from facebook integrating with any part of my phone).
Under Settings -> Accounts and Sync, I have facebook set to not sync.
When on My Contact Card, I click Menu -> Edit, and beside Birthday it says "Click to add". When I click the cross beside that, that entry disappears, but when I click Save, the Birthday is still present.
