is there an app or way of selecting all emails to delete quickly? I'm talking about a pop 3 account not gmail. (without selecting delete and tapping every email you want to delete)?

is there a way to delete threaded messages, similar to if you wanted to delete emails? like if i have 20 text threads, and only wanna delete 10.. but do all 10 at the same time..

View 4 Replies View RelatedHowever I have got one major problem which is that since getting it I have developed a really painful wrist (no schoolboy humour please). I hold the phone in my right hand and tend to use my right thumb for scrolling, selecting on the screen and pushing the buttons at the bottom. I have developed a persistent stabbing pain over the nobly bit on the right side of my wrist which gets worse after I have been using the phone for a while. Has anyone else had this problem or is it just me getting old?

1. If I get a phone number sent via a text or email and it has a space in it, I cant select it to dial.
2. I get emails from people that use Infopath but not all the fields show up. I have searched the web for apps etc. but cannot find much help. Is this an Android issue? Any help would preserve my sanity.
What's the quickest way to delete emails? The only way I see is to hold down on an email until a menu comes up and then click delete.
View 7 Replies View RelatedWhen I delete emails in Gmail from my computer, they do not delete from my phone unless I first go into a folder from the phone (any folder) and then back into the Inbox. When I go back to the Inbox, I can see the phone refreshing and the email gets deleted.I rarely check my Gmail folders from my phone so it's annoying for me to go into a folder and back to the Inbox just to get it to synch. Anyone else have this problem. Any fix for this?

Charged overnight and then by 9pm last night it was on its last legs telling me to plug it in! I have turned the apps to sync manually under settings-accounts & sync. Only directly after such a reboot one can set the phone discoverable without fear of another crash. Terrific!

Does anyone know how to fix the default Music player's behaviour when long-pressing on an album and selecting "Play" ?
If you start playing by quick-pressing the album, it shows you the list of songs. If tagged correctly, this list is in correct song order, and will play the album in order from whichever song you select to start from. If not tagged correctly, it shows in alphabetical order.
So far, so good.. can't complain... BUT...
If you start playing an album by long-pressing it and selecting "Play", it plays it alphabetically, regardless of the status of the tagging.
I was wondering if there is a way to select multiple emails to delete at one time, rather than one at a time...(using stock mail app)
