I have a Fujitsu M532 tablet What driver am I required to make use of ADB debugging?
As I already read that rooting is clarified, now I'm interested in a custom ROM for the Fujitsu M532.Based on what ever just to be able to update earlier from ICS.
The information I got yesterday by call from Fujitsu was not very surprisingly. The agent was not even aware of a fujitsu tablet and also have not any glue about update policies? So I guess we would have long to wait for an update.
I have a new Fujitsu Stylistic M532 Android Tablet. root this tablet. Which Information are neccessary from the tablet? Maybe there is a standart process to test? What I can do to try to root the tablet?
View 9 Replies View RelatedQuick question: Where in the .pkg update package is the information on the build and the version of the update? I sort of screwed up my tablet, I can boot into stock recovery but not much more. ADB won't work, and AFAIK nobody knows how to enter fastboot mode on this thing. Hence, I figured that the only way to reinstall the ROM is to trick recovery into installing an update package that's already installed.
The tablet is Fujitsu STYLISTIC M532.

Windows 7 x64 detects a device called "Android" when you connect the tablet and says no driver found.
The tablet does not appear on the device chooser in the eclipse development environment.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a Fujitsu ScanSnap S300M that I use with my Mac laptop. I'm going to be buying a Google Nexus 7 shortly and I know it has a Micro-USB port. The ScanSnap has a standard USB cable but I know I can get a different cable with a Micro-USB connector for it or either get an adapter.I know I can hook up the hardware but would it work with the Google Nexus 7. I imagine I'd need some type of driver or app to use it with. Any way of being able to use the ScanSnap to scan items into an Android device?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a Nexus 7 tablet and every few days I notice a few new apps on the device. I'm not sure if they're full apps or just simply icons to download apps or get more information. I have tried to avoid using them. I know previously I had a couple apps that were sending notifications to the notification system that I considered to be spam. After some research I found out how you can find out which apps are doing it and disable notifications from those apps so that took care of that.

View 9 Replies View RelatedIn case anyone else is having problems getting their Incredible to connect, the easiest way I found to install the USB drivers are with the HTC sync program here:
http://member.america.htc.com/download/Driver/DROID_INCREDIBLE_Verizon/HTC_Sync_2.0.33.exe
The google SDK driver doesn't yet work with the Incredible, and though it can be hacked - this download might be easier for some.

I recently moved and had the opportunity to view my TV-channels on my phone. However it is required to have a device who is not rooted, and I don't really want to unroot just to view tv on my phone.
Any small program, script etc. which can tell the app that the phone is unrooted, even though it is rooted? My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Nexus, running stock unlocked and unrooted JB yakju 4.2.2.

View 2 Replies View RelatedThis may sounds like a silly question but I don't have a smart phone and am thinking of getting an Android phone.
I noticed that Amazon has Kindle for Android application and I want to use the Android phone to read Kindle books.
If internet access is not required to read the Kindle book on the Android phone, then it means I can read the Kindle book in a remote area where there is no wireless service. Also, I don't incur long distance charges if I read the kindle book outside my local dialing area.
1. After I purchased the Kindle book from Amazon, do I need internet access to read the Kindle book on the Android phone (using Kindle for Android software)?
2. Is the Kindle azw file sitting physically in the Android phone?
I think that is for a malfunction of GPS fault driver. I wanted existing driver that is from Custom Rom / system / app / YGPS.apk replaced by the factory driver.
I have a Nandroid backup of the factory ROM (file: boot.img, cache.img, data.img, system.img and nandroid.md5).
But I do not know where this factory driver is located. How removed from Nandroid backup and put in a cell phone.
Picked up a Maxwest Orbit Z50, overall it is a solid off brand phone, but I have hit a wall trying to find USB drivers for it. The VID is 24E3 and PID is 9025. The phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8625Q Processor. Trying to get the drivers to see if any of the root methods out there will work.
View 2 Replies View Relatedi wanted to start android development on a real, but not too expensive device. URL....The manufactorer is CUBE:URL>....It works fine and i wanted to connect it to my PC, running windows 7.The problem is: I could not find any usb driver on the (chinese) manufactorer site.

I am porting the Sony Tablet S ROM (Honeycomb) to my Toshiba Thrive. I got most things working but I cannot get the damn wifi working. Logcat says "Unable to load wifi driver". Kernel is 2.6.36.3.
Typically this is a kernel / wifi module issue but I am using the same kernel/module that I use with all other ROMs I make and it works fine. I've copied over all wifi libs, wpa configs, etc but I'm at a loss. This is the biggy that is keeping me from releasing this ROM.
I've just got a Eken T01 Tablet bit of a bargain to be honest :) Anyway.....
I would like to add a usb gps driver to it. Now from what I understand I need a few things.
1. USB Host
2. USB Linux Drivers
3. Root
I have all three and the driver is a PL-2303 USB to Serial Driver. From what I can gather I need to put these c.
files into a specific folder on my tablet and then edit a couple of files to load these drivers on startup ?
Am I going down the right root ? or completely off the mark ?
I've tried to do alot of reading but not getting far really because most tablets either have built in gps or they dont normally have a host usb port.
Linux Kernel 2.4.31 and above already includes built-in drivers for PL-2303H, PL-2303XA/HXA and PL-2303HXD.
NOTE: Google Android OS is also based on Linux kernel so it also supports PL2303.
does that mean it already has a driver installed and I'm just missing something ? How would I check ?
I have the following problem with an android tablet (ainol captain). For the moment I am using a stock firmware (fw A) where almost everything works good except for the battery. On another newer stock firmware (fw B) almost everything works good except for the sound when the headset is plugged in.
I tried installing Pimpmyrom in which you can install an 'enchancing' sound driver but it didnt work. The sound did get a bit better. I also tried viper4androidFX with the same 'a bit better' result. I dont think this is a hardware problem since sound works fine one fw A.Is it possible to backup the sound driver and/or settings from fw A and install these on fw B?
As you know usb drivers are required by every activities. But Videocon A15 & some other mobiles have not official drivers. So how can I install usb driver for those mobiles?
