Mar 22, 2014I want to Send a message to multiple Whatsapp Contacts/Groups using "Tasker" with "WhatsTasker" plugin .I tested my implementation to send SMS message to multiple contacts and it works well. But when I try to send message to whatsapp it sends the message only to the first index (Contact/Group)
Also, I have test this to send a personal message to 2 contacts but it sends the message only to first number .I tried to trim the "@s.whatsapp.net"/for contacts and "@g.us" for groups in 2 variables then add them inside whatstasker After the number -> Still sends to only first number
I thought it's because it's using root access and Toast message displays so I used "Wait" action for 10 seconds inside For loop after sending the message but still same thing only first contact will receive the message

Nov 30, 2012Using k9 mail (v4.311) on my android device. I have it set to retrieve at most 500 messages.
However, this does not limit the actual # of messages stored on the device itself. My initial assumption was that after 500 messages were retrieved, on subsequent retrievals, new emails would replace the oldest. This does not seem to be the case. As new messages are received, old ones still remain.
Is there a way to set this software to keep at most a certain # of message - that is, to have new messages REPLACE older ones?
If not, what software/app provides this functionality?
General :: Text Message Received - Failed To Download
Mar 27, 2012I have the Motorola Razor Maxx on the Verizon network. Recently have received text messages I could not download. doesn't state why just "message size: 30KB" ask if I want to download or reject. When I try to download I get the same message "failed to download" is there a setting to change file sizes allowed or something else I'm missing.

Android : Pop Up Screen Whenever Received Message
Aug 19, 2010I kept getting this pop up screen whenever I received message. The pop up screen is so big that my message will be displayed and anyone can read it. I have searched everywhere on the setting to turn this off, I also called the support and they cannot help me. The pop up screen has the sender phone number, the message, a sunglass and hello message. At the bottom, it has reply, dismiss or replay with a busy message. I am using nexus 1. It is very irritating to just keep getting the poop up without any privacy.

Sep 18, 2010I have just started using using handcent SMS which i love. Couple of things i am not sure of though. How do i dasable the standard HTC app as i seem to get a notification on both. Also i have moved the handcent app to the home screen but it does not display a numerical display of a received text message (on the app icon) which i liked on the standard app. Is there a way to get it to do this?

Jul 21, 2010I am new to the Android platform and after browsing various apps, I have been unable to find an app that can do what I would like. Simply put, I was wondering if an app existed that when a text message containing an address is sent to me, if I could simply click on it, and it would send the directions to Google maps/navigation, or any default GPS program.
Since I am unable to Copy the text with the default messaging program (EVO), I cant just copy and paste it into Google maps.

Jan 23, 2013I like to add addresses to my phone book in Android. As a lot of my contacts live in buildings i also like to add the floor and apartment number to the address: Looking like that:
Street and Number, Floor and Department number
Town, zip code
State
Country
Example;
Av. Whatever 12345, Floor 5-A
Buenos Aires 1007
Argentina
When clicking on the address the GPS of my wish opens , finds the country, city but not the street because of the additional Floor and department information. Without this additional information everything well with Google Maps or Sygic.
So, how should i add this additional Floor and department information to my address without the GPS has problems to find the main location.Also from ICS on there is only one filed to add the whole address not as with Gingerbread where you had a field for street, city, etc.
