General :: SD Card Removed Unexpectedly - Sumvision Cyclone Voyager Tablet - 4.1.1

I have a Sumvision Cyclone Voyager Tablet with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and I a problem when a micro-sd (Kingstom 16Gb class 10) card on the slot, when the screen turns off (going sleep) by itself and after 5 seconds it comes back on with a msg that the micro-sd was removed.
If I remove the micro-sd it works OK.
I already tested with another micro-sd 2Gb class 4 and I got the same problem (I have this SD card working on my phone for more than one year without a problem).

I used Lenovo A789(ICS 4.0.4) android. I have Scandisk 32 GB memory cards. Some the mobiles give up a popup message "SD card unexpectedly removed or SD card damaged" .
Sometimes my mobile taker restart with that message when "SD card unexpectedly removed or SD card damaged" message is shown I am unable to use SD memory's apps.

Keep getting error message "SD card unexpectedly removed" the card is still in the phone at this time. Went to Verizon today they inserted a new SD card for me, by the time I got home which was about 5 mins the error message was back. When i go into settings under storage, it tells me to insert a SD card, problem is the card is already in the phone. When i turn the phone off and then restart it is fine for several mins the the error message pops up and i cannot use the SD cardNot sure where to go from here?????? phone is Droid razr x HD

I recently bought an S4 and all was well until I decided to start using the phone to listen to music. Whenever I listen to music on the phone after a minute or two I get a message saying "SD Card removed unexpectedly". This message continues to display until I restart the phone or physically remove the SD Card and re insert. The SD Card is 64GB so it shouldn't be a compatibility issue.

On my new Ally (had it for 2 weeks i think now, mabye 3) i keep getting a message that says "SD card removed unexpectedly". I'm not touching the SD card, and all i have to do is pop it out and back in and all is well. whats going on? Also, how big of an SD card does the ally support?

I was playing with my htc evo 3d and popped the sd card out without unmounting it...i freaked out turned it off...got it back in turned it on and my icon themes were broken and most of my pics were broken...i factory reset the phone and formatted the sd card...now it doesnt run media scanner on start up or on sd card install...and the external_sd folder doesnt show up in astro file manager...

I have a sumvision clyclone nano slim plus 1gb model, I installed mx player on it, then I tried playing a 1080p video with subtitles but it does not seem to be working, Is it because I have android 2.3 on it? I want to know whether I need to update to 4.0 for it to work.

I was using 4gb class 4 earlier , I bought 16gb class 6. At first empty ad card was working hood then when I used up a few gb and re inserted the sd card the problem began After 5-10 seconds of mounting sd it goes out and phone shows that sd is removed unexpectedly, sometimes my phone hangs in this cycle and reboots(starts again from bootanimation part) This sd works fine with other things like my Sony cybershot w-x50

I rooted my phone and this morning I attempted flashing a ROM called ViperOneS that you can look at here --URL.... So in order to install it the OP wrote in the instructions to factory restore the phone which I did. When I cleared the cache and everything and went to install it TWRP said it failed so I just erased it. Then when I went to reboot it was stuck on the screen with the red writing so I rebooted it in Recovery and it said there was no OS installed. I looked for this problem online and found that if I mounted the phone to my computer I could copy and paste a new ROM for my phone which I eventually tried to do but for some reason it does not allow me to check off either of the boxes next to "Mount SD Card" or "Mount Internal." It does let me mark all the other boxes. what I should do so the computer recognizes the phone as a "Removable Disk" like it used to so I can just drag and drop a new OS into my phone and put this thing behind me already?

I have Huawei u8600 sonic rooted and with Cyanogen 9 ROM for this phone. Everything is working fine, but I noticed that sometimes my phone just doesn't find SD card. After reboot it works fine again for a while, but after an hour or two it happens again. There is no message about SD card being removed or something, it just disappears. I have most of my apps moved to SD card, so this really annoys me, because without SD card I can't use most of my phone's programs.

I bought a Sandisk 16 gb micro sd card for my ICS tablet (Micromax Funbook) and inserted it. I go to settings > Storage And it is visible there. But whenever i install/move my apps to sd card it gets to internal sd card not external i.e 16 gb and my memory fills up ...

I have finally managed to root my tablet. Its a samsung galaxy tab 3.7.0 wifi only with 8GB of internal storage, most of which is taken up by system memory. Its model is the SM-T210.
1) How can i move apps to my sd card?its a 16gb sandisk...i have already tried folder mount, apps 2 sd and APPMGR 111, but they are either not compatible for my device or dont work/let me install them?
2)ive rooted my tablet...now what do you recommend i do?

I am getting a Removed SD Card notification. It says to "Insert a new one".THe card is installed. When I go to Settings/SD Card, the Unmount SD Card and Format SD Card are grayed out. I can't access any pics or music as it says no Media Card. What is going on and how do I get the phone to recognize the SD Card?

I have purchased iball slide 3G 7271 ( 3G model ) (Android version 4.0.4) in India. Available Interneal SD memory 2GB.I have external micro SD card slot expandable upto 32GB.
I have downloaded and installed many games in it...but now whenever I try to download new ones , it says "INSUFFICIENT SD MEMORY"
In order to use my external SD card for installing the games and other things....
I have gone through Google search and found ""FolderMount "" software and downloaded to my tab.
I have installed also. It was successful.when I open FolderMount, it says......""serching for root "" ( with one EXIT button to cancel)....and doing nothing beyond that.

I have the phone for about 2 weeks now, with 3-4 hours daily use. In the middle of a call this morning, it went silent and when turned on again, it displayed "SIM card removed. Reboot phone". I took the card out and put back in 3 times, but it still happens. Wi-Fi is working, phone is still running apps. I tried to press the SIM card tightly while trying to connect, but it's no good. A quick Google search does not show many people with this problem. Anyone has a quick solution before I call ATT or Samsung?

Sometimes (every 5th time or so) when I turn on my Electronics Voyager 510 BT headset my Droid will auto redial when it connects to the headset. I used to think I was accidentally holding down the redial button on the headset but I tested it this morning by putting both down on the table and it happened. anyone else, or is it just me?

I have a Nexus 7 tablet and every few days I notice a few new apps on the device. I'm not sure if they're full apps or just simply icons to download apps or get more information. I have tried to avoid using them. I know previously I had a couple apps that were sending notifications to the notification system that I considered to be spam. After some research I found out how you can find out which apps are doing it and disable notifications from those apps so that took care of that.

Well the problem is I have the pre-installed SD card and for some reason, it is now saying that "the SD card is unmounted or removed" but its not. When I go into settings I have the option to Unmount it, so why is it saying that. If I restart the phone, the SD card works for about 2 minutes then tells me that its Unmounted again, which it is not. when I try to take a picture the phone tells me this AGAIN!
I cannot save any files, access music, pictures, or video. I can access the files when it is plugged into the computer, but when i try to add something to the SD card from the computer, it doesn't go on the phone. Is my Card corrupt? Do I format it? Help?
If this helps, this didn't happened until i upgraded my Droid to Froyo.

I accidentally (sure!) removed all permissions on a folder in / so now the system can't even read it to display it in root explorer. I've searched pretty hard and tried chmod and a couple other ideas in the terminal but nothing so far has worked.

I removed googletts.apk (can i remove tts folder in /system ?)
I'm wondering what is gallerygoogle.apk? already got default "gallery" app in my custom android ROM (AOKP build 40).
if I do not plan to sync my calender, I should have no problem removing googlecalendersyncadapter.apk? I'm using googlecontactssyncadapter.apk, but that should not matter?
I'm using lg p500 which has limited system ROM of 199MB, hence i need to squeeze out as much space as possible i do remove the "face*" folder in gapps as well.

my standard S4 keyboard had a period(.) and a comma(,) on either side of the space bar. i long clicked the comma to see what other options were associated with that key and now i have a cog symbol there. the comma is gone and i cant get it back. ive tried to reset the keyboard settings, and ive tried restoring the factory settings on the whole fone..

I selected in recovery mode: Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
The screen went blank and I had to remove the battery.
Now the phone is jammed and won't start again. The white THL blinks and the screen goes black. Also it won't go to the recovery mode.
