So, I'm new to the Android family and I'm curious about the Super User Account. I have no desire to root and install custom mods, I just want the ability to remove all the bloat ware associated with the phone.
My understanding is that I will need to unlock the boot loader, and then install "something" to create the Super User account.

I am using Omnirom, I have installed Supersu. However, when I open apps that needs Su permission. It does not prompt out the allow permission window. It seems the Su does not work. Do I need to root Omnirom first? Or something I missed?

TIBU works, SetCPU works, Screenshots force closes and SU force closes.

I searched on how to completely remove both of these and one method was using Terminal Emulate. When i tried this method and typed in su to start the process it would say "permission denied". Do i have to reroot my phone again in order to get rid of these two apps? I'm doing this in order to take my phone to verizon. Do you guys think its necessary to make it perfectly clean of any "rooted" things? It is now unrooted it just has those two icons!! so frustrating. read somewhere else that if these icons are still there that i am still rooted...is this true? also I do not care if i lose everything... I just want my phone restored to factory settings so i can take it in to verizon..

The screens should be positioned horizontally: 1 - 2 - 3
So, a flick from right to left should move from 1 to 2, a flick from left to right should move from 3 to 2 and 2 should be able to move to pages 1 and 3 respectively.I believe this is called SwipeView but cannot find any clear instructions on how to implement this.

Therefore I need the Android app to acquire the information whether an account is pro. That is done while getting the token. In other words, when the Android application requests a token to the web application via the API, the web application provides also a flag representing whether the user is a pro.
When the Android app gets that piece of information, it stores it in the SharedPreferences, like this: this.sharedPreferencesEditor.putBoolean(Account.PRO_ACCOUNT, isPro).commit();
Then the Android app reads that value to decide whether a certain feature is available to that user. Now, my question is: is that approach easily hackable? I mean, can some clever user work-around this system and get pro-features even if they are not pro-users? How could do that?
