So I have installed a deodexed ROM for my Samsung galaxy GT-S6312 (young duos) and I want to change the status bar icons. I am talking about [URL] .... ( the red-squared bar with battery clock etc). How do I do it? Already went for xposed mod and it didn't worked.

I want to change the Black background in the Statusbar and Notificationbar to lightblue. Then i want to change Blue Textes in Statusbar/Notificationbar to White. And then, i want to change the Clockposition to middle in the Statusbar.
I followed many tutorials but always got a error at compiling
System:
CyanogenMod 9 (4.0.4)
First: I have to edit the SystemUI.apk or the Framework-res.apk? (because in systemui i dont have battery icons, but yes wifi and etc); And in framework-res i have all the statusbar icons.
Second: I have to edit the .png images with patch 9.png or something?
Third: All the images to replace have to be exactly the same size of pixel? or 2 or 3 pixel more high or width doesnt matters?
I'm curious how can i modify the status bar [URL] .... <---- where is wifi activation ,data sound etc.
and
notification bar [URL] ..... <--- Where is the battery ,clock wifi signal etc.
I want the notification bar ICS like (blue icons) and the notification bar icons the same ,just change the color to blue.
I followed a guide in order to change framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk from /system/ ( my phone is rooted + cwm) but i couldnt get it going (i couldnt find all the icons to change).
Why Rom ToolBox does not change the status bar Icons when it shows that it's installed?
View 1 Replies View RelatedCM10.1 or AOKP theme where the only thing that changes from stock is that the status bar icons, specifically signal, battery and wifi are white instead of Holo blue? Either that or a theme that replaces the status bar with MIUI bar icons but maintains the rest of the UI would be great as well. I tried one called HoloWhite, as well as a couple other minimalistic ones, but with those some of the icon styles changed.

What values should i change? I'm sure it's not on drawables.xml and it's not the png's either (they are already opaque). so Google Talk has different bubble statuses that you can give yourself. Green for available, red for busy, etc but there's a blue bubble that is displayed.I read online that this means you have been "Idle" for 10 minutes but how does this work on the Android phone? If someone is always signed in, why does this bubble pop up?

I'm trying to theme Holo Launcher with custom icons. The icons I have are hdpi. So i don't know how to turn them to mdpi. Is there any way i can turn it to mdpi on my PC. Yes, I could change the picture, but I'd rather find a way to make the icons black or to make the status bar black with white icons. When I have an app open, the status bar is black with white icons. Why can't I get that on the home page? My phone is not rooted and I don't plan to do that.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI made some changes to the status bar and for the most part it went smooth other than the signal icon. I have a D3 with the Eclipse 3 rom. I used Ninjamorph went into framework , apps, systemui.apk and changed the png files of the signal bar png's. when I reboot the new image shows up but changes back to the old style when the 3g or 1x kicks in. do I need to change a different signal png?
