I want to change the Black background in the Statusbar and Notificationbar to lightblue. Then i want to change Blue Textes in Statusbar/Notificationbar to White. And then, i want to change the Clockposition to middle in the Statusbar.

How can I change the system default light blue color? I'd like to make it some sort of green. I'm talking about the light blue in such icons in the attached screen shots as the battery icon, the keyboard words, and the bottom bar when pulling down the notification tray. I assume it's just one setting somewhere because it's all the same blue. I am using Nova Launcher and would prefer not to root but might if necessary. I'm using the latest version of Jelly Bean on a Nexus 4

Wow, I thought, maybe they fixed the facebook app in the background without forcing me to update. Haven't seen the blue light since, and it has been 2 days and 7-9 notifications later.
Any idea when they will fix the facebook app? Or better yet, any idea how I got it to light up once randomly? It was somebody posting a comment on my wall post fyi (and the notifications still don't refresh in the app itself). Also, why can't I view linked youtube videos from other peoples comments? Obviously the droid can use youtube, so it seems odd that they wouldn't let you watch posted videos.
I bought 2 Epics last night was so excited! I like the phone except for a couple of things that i have noticed one of them being the wobble oreo effect that I seem to have on both phones and I just noticed I have dead pixels on both phones! I am so disappointed and don't know what to do? The pixels are one to two tiny black specks that can be seen on light background screen colors.

The moment after I launch my app, a plain white background appears for a second (because I have set light theme in the manifest). After that, the complete layout of my Activity is displayed - it is either with white or black background, according to user's theme preference.
Is there any way I can change whether white or black background appears after launch?
My notification background color is transparent (the part that you pull down). I hate it...where the heck do I locate the files to change!

This morning, the screen completely got filled with blue/white/messed up color, and then went completely black. Touchscreen still worked though because I was able to maneuver around the phone right after it was dropped. Screen was not cracked. does the screen has to be replaced as well or i can replace it with smaller parts?

This doesn't seem to be present on the "2.1 with Google APIs" emulator image. I've not yet checked any other devices. I want to set this programmatically without user interaction, in order to make a Locale plugin, so the device can grab my attention when I'm awake at my desk, without having it floodlighting the room when someone spams me at 4am. It's quite bright.
I didn't see it in android.provider.Settings.System where many other things on this screen live, so I had a look in the platform source. There are some relevant parts in NotificationManagerService, in enqueueNotificationWithTag and updateLightsLocked. That goes off into HardwareService which seems well past the point of caring about user settings. I've no idea where this setting is implemented or how I might influence it. I fully expect the answer to be "there is no API for this" (perhaps related to it being Nexus One specific), and that the best I can do is to schedule (using Locale or something else) an Intent of ACTION_DISPLAY_SETTINGS to remind me to set the box manually, which would suck. I'm hoping that I've missed something, or that a Googler is reading this and can tell me that this is planned for addition to the API?

Inoticed that when I receive and SMS with handcent the blue led light does not come on and I constantly have to check if I have any sms's, I've tried every colour under the handcent settings but none make my LED come on when I receive an sms. The LED does work however when charging and getting missed calls.
