Is it possible to intercept key presses of the hands free mic/headset(whatever it is called) of an Android mobile device?

It's "booting up" even though I haven't even touched it. Seem's like it rebooted itself. Then once it's up I get no Cell signal at all. Wifi worked but no Cell Signal. As a test I tried making a call to confirm and it says something like "Phone not registered" I now reboot the phone myself, and it's ok now.

I can't remember ever having issues with dropped calls before, and that's what made me come back to Verizon from AT&T. However, since I'm back I'm having all kinds of trouble with dropped calls. I'm dropping 1-2 calls a day. Also, I find I'm rarely seeing more than 1-2 bars of service, especially indoors. What gives? I know Verizon has the best coverage in my area, so is it the phone, or just my phone?

Is there a way to detect when the GPS has lost signal (when I drive through a tunnel for example)? I tried to use te on Status Changed listener because I thought that the "temporarily unavailable" status was associated to a lack of signal but it doesn't seem to work well. I also tried to make a count with low precision locations rounds to trigger but it also fails.

I recently got myself an Evo 3d mostly because I wanted to program some cool stuff for it.As I am a hobby robotbuilder I now wanted to control them over the phone. So I got an arduino USB host shield, flashed the demokit program on the arduino and wanted to install the demokit.apk on the Phone so I could play around a little. But it just wont work... Every app that has to do something with the oadk wont install.
Btw.: Its a vanilla HTC Evo 3D with current Firmware
I have ultimate ears headphones and was wondering whether they were compatible. The UE site says iphone and other smartphones.

My phone told me I had an update to download, so I did, and I was pleased to find my wi-fi holds a lot better but not so pleased to discover my official headset is now not a compatible accessory apparently! 1. Phone only can pair with pin "0000" BT headset automatically, but never pair succeed with headset with pin "1234" (never prompt pin code dialog for input?)

In short what I'm looking for is instructions to be able to connect my HTC One X to my PC (windows 7 Home Edition) via Bluetooth and be able to use my PC's mic to talk and my PC's speakers to listen to the call.
In other words, I want my PC to act as a car's handsfree system.
It seems possible from the googling I have done.
Many articles tells you to connect your phone via BT and choose "Handsfree" as the service. However, when I connect my HOX the only service I get is a network connection (to tether my internet connection).
