I'm having trouble finding an app that I had. I was playing about with multi con and cleared my home screen but then tried to get them all back and the only one I'm having trouble with is anycut i can't find it on the market the app symbol was a musical note (a cleff I think its called) it let me make playlists and put them in the shortcut.

I have a fair amouint of music by a chap called Lightning Hopkins, but he is called Lightnin' Hopkins on some of my music. Does anyone know if there is an way of changing the names so that they are consistent and show up as the same artist on Mediacape? I tried changing the name on Windows Media Player, deleting the music under the original name and re-adding it to my phone, but Lightning' refuses to be known as Lightning. It shows up properly on MediaGo, but doesn't show up properly on the phone.

Also when I try to remove applications using the settings > application manager, none of them have delete or remove buttons...

I have checked the user manual but it says nothing about playlists. i inserted my previous memory card (which was used in a blackberry 8520)
And had playlists that i had created before, but i cant add songs or make a new playlist.
What's the easiest and best way to create playlists that is recognized by mediascape??
View 4 Replies View RelatedWhile transferring songs onto the SD card, there were M3U playlist files in those folders. After deleting them off the card, they still appear in Mediascape. Doing a long press on the playlist only brings up the slide with the album art (like on timescape), and no option to delete.
Is there anyway to delete these?
If you set an alarm and later kill the app for some reason alarm symbol that appears in the top right corner stays active but the alarm will not ring. Caught me out this morning as I thought alarm was set.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI dunno, After using the SE Satio and C905, those cameras are MUCH better than this one, Considering those were so great I was positive this one was going to be excellent! Its definitely not bad, but for an 8mp camera its not that great, Its like the W995, it has an 8mp camera on it and its WAY under par, does NOT take good pictures. Anyway Im not really disappointed or anything I just found it a bit under-par, Im willing to bet that the 5mp camera on the Galaxy S will be better than this one, The BEST cameras on cell phones Ive ever used are the Omnia HD and the Satio.
Also Something Ive noticed about all the android phones Ive used, the way they take pictures is.....awkward. Its hard to explain but when I used the satio and C905, they way they took pictures it felt like a real camera, Ive used the Hero, N1, and now X10 and they way they shoot the pics it just doesn't feel the same, again hard to explain without you using so....
Following on from the "autolock after phone calls" discussion thread which did not seem to get resolved, I heard that Dialer One was a neat dialer than the built in X10 dialer (and hopefully does not autolock after phone calls), but I could not find it anywhere in the market. Would anyone know where I can find the APK to download?

I have been trying to root it for sometime now, but every time i try to, the process never works because my computer can't detect. I changed usb ports and changed my "path" settings. When i run regetid it finds the usb port, but the device i.d. is incorrect (when i go to root, it still won't find the device.) Don't know what else to do. Anybody got anything?
