I'm using X10, when I'm answering the phone, i found that it seem does not screen lock properly...when the screen contact to my face, it will touch the end call...how to fix this problem?

How do i lock my screen during a call? My phone sometimes goes black in a call, which is good to save battery but i don't know how to make it do it, it does it when it likes to..Also i cannot lock my screen in call? so i somtimes my face hits the end call button..

I wish u could just press the home key twice like I did on the htc dream. Even rooted xperias still have slide unlock?

I have used it for a few months until today, I can't receive phone calls but can still make phone calls. When somebody calls me, the phone will just vibrate for less than a second. I can see who is calling me in the call logs. There isn't a screen for me to answer the call: with a call icon which can be pulled left or right. The caller would just hear my neo L's voicemail greeting or like forwarding to another phone ( i know that because the beeping sound is different.) I have checked the forwarding setting already.

Love my fone so far, but had not too much time playing with it so far, but one thing that bugs me is that my screen auto lock straight after a call even if I am not back to my home screen, how can I stop it to do this. Reason is that when I unlock it again, I am at the previous screen, I have then to cancel screens to go back to my home page to start again, this is a pain.

Her exact words to me today were: "I need to know how to shut the screen off on my xperia x10 during a call sometimes it shuts off, sometimes it doesn't...when it doesn't, it causes me to perform a TON of unwanted tasks like adding a contact, changing the wallpaper, etc. when it hits my cheek."
I have noticed that over the last 2 months that when I'm in a call It is not allowing me to use the touchscreen for anything including ending the call. At first i wasn't too fussed about this as i could just use the power button to end the call but it is extremely annoying when it comes to getting numbers or when you need to press numbers to get through the menus when getting hold of companies etc.

Is it in a parallel universe where the time lasts forever? That would definitively explain why you only post 1 answer in a week. OK answer might be the wrong word, you sum up the obvious. View 2 Replies View RelatedMy manager has just bought himself a new Xperia X10 and he has setup the bluetooth connection, however when its paired to the laptop and a call comes in the laptop automatically answers the phone for him, so he has to switch the bluetooth off on his laptop until he needs it. Is there an option either on the laptop (Win XP SP3) or on the phone to stop this happening, the only features he really needs are file transfer and to use it as a modem.

I thought it was just mediascape being weird but I switched to mixzing and it still does it! Has anyone else had this?
