Is there an easy way (or an app) so that when the Xperia is sitting in its holder in my car and I answer a call it goes automatically to speakerphone, without me having to answer it first then go through the menu ?

Is anyone having serious problems with their call waiting? When I get a call while in a current call, my phone automatically puts the first call on hold, and answers the second call without giving me the option.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI am using Sony Xperia Neo L with ported Paranoid CM9 rom with CM9 OC Gov Net kernel. I have used it for a few months until today, I can't receive phone calls but can still make phone calls. When somebody calls me, the phone will just vibrate for less than a second. I can see who is calling me in the call logs. There isn't a screen for me to answer the call: with a call icon which can be pulled left or right. The caller would just hear my neo L's voicemail greeting or like forwarding to another phone ( i know that because the beeping sound is different.) I have checked the forwarding setting already.

Is it in a parallel universe where the time lasts forever? That would definitively explain why you only post 1 answer in a week. OK answer might be the wrong word, you sum up the obvious. So Jeff plz tell me that I am right otherwise you should perhaps rethink if you are the right person for this job.

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy manager has just bought himself a new Xperia X10 and he has setup the bluetooth connection, however when its paired to the laptop and a call comes in the laptop automatically answers the phone for him, so he has to switch the bluetooth off on his laptop until he needs it. Is there an option either on the laptop (Win XP SP3) or on the phone to stop this happening, the only features he really needs are file transfer and to use it as a modem.

With my past SE phones there was an option to do this, but now i don't see this option anywhere. Everytime i add a new contact it goes on the phone memory so i lost it when i update the phone, i know I can use backups and other things, but I want to save the numbers in my SIM not in my memory card or the phone.

Basically, the story goes as follows...normally when I receive a call I have to do that swipe thing to accept the call, however, at very random times instead of the swipe I get the option of pressing 'Accept Call' or 'Decline Call' which are displayed on the lower part of the screen side-by-side. Now, to be perfectly honest I actually prefer the latter option but do not know why it is so random. To be clear, I have never updated my phone since I got it and I have searched the settings but not been able to locate anything which would explain this.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI use Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro MK16I. (Rooted, Bootloader unlocked).
Recently I had issues syncing contacts with Google, Fb etc and I had to do a factory reset of the phone. Since then I've following issues so far.
1. Incoming calls are getting rejected automatically
2. Silent, Flight mode are missing when I press the power button
3. When I'm in some application and if I press the Menu/Home button, it does not take me to the home screen and nothing happens
4. Windows can't detect or install the drivers for the phone, even if I do it through the 3rd party sources windows still doesn't show it.
i had to turn off the settings for the Mobile Networks MMS and data because it automatically connects to my provider and I am being charged and this usually happens when I touch on Timescape. I just dont know if its connected though but after doing so, after sometime my Messaging system prompts me up a message saying that there was an error (android.system.mms) and it needs to fore close and then after that all of my messages were automatically deleted including the message updates in the splines. I already went to the Service Center and the only thing they told me was it will be okay once I have updated to the new version which is the 2.1.
