Samsung Vibrant :: Volume Buttons Loose - Hear Rattle Sound

Sep 13, 2010

My volume buttons seem loose. Is that normal you think? Perhaps its a petty thing to think about, but play (I can hear them rattle a bit if I shake the phone gently) in my experience leads to quick wear.

Motorola Droid :: Loose Volume Button Make A Rattle Sound / Fix It?

Nov 12, 2009

Mine feels a little loose, and it make a rattle sound, am i the only one with this? its like the plastic isnt tight or something, but when you press it its nice and firm to "click" up or down.

also the bottom of the screen/whole left side where the KB is kind of dips down about a hundreth or tenth of an inch wen you press something on the screen on that side, im guessing thats normal for a slider.

Samsung Vibrant :: Set Volume Rocker To Adjust Notification / Ringer Volume

Jul 17, 2010

I noticed that when turning down the volume of the ringer with the volume rocker it doesn't automatically turn down the notification volume as well. Is there a way to set the volume rocker to adjust both notification and ringer volume to the same level? You can test this by going under Settings/Sound and Display/Ringer Volume...and try adjusting the volume with the rocker and it only adjust the Ringer Volume.

Samsung Vibrant :: Can't Get Used To Those 4 Bottom Buttons

Jul 23, 2010

Coming from the iphone, those bottom buttons on the Vibrant are so difficult.First, it often takes some hunting to get them to respond, especially the far left one, which take several attempts quite often.Because they're not tactical in the dark, it's highly problematic that they LEDs time-out after a measly 3 seconds! What's the point of the LEDs if they're going to shine for that short of time?I'd have to say this is the most frustrating part of this phone. Hopefully, these woes can be cured with a software update?

HTC EVO 4G :: Rattles / Loose Volume Rocker

Sep 19, 2010

I wanted to see who else has rattles above/around the camera and who has a loose volume rocker. I have seen both of these topics briefly covered on this forum and others. *Some believe the rattles come from the camera's auto-function feature, while others dont have any symptoms. I can tell you for sure, its not the battery, battery cover, headphone jack, volume rocker, kickstand, memory card or memory card clip. HTC Incredible :: Mp3 Volume - Hardly Hear Tracks

Aug 25, 2010

I'd like to make the mp3 files I've uploaded on the phone from Itunes LOUDER, *without* having to buy a several hundred dollar computer program.

I've noticed that the songs which were pre-loaded on the phone are louder than the ones I've uploaded from itunes. If it isn't a techno/hiphop song (and I listen to classical mostly) I can hardly hear the tracks when I'm walking around town, even with noise-cancelling headphones. I never had this problem with the iPhone, so this is a little frustrating.

HTC Hero :: Low Volume On Calls - Hard To Hear Other Person

Nov 13, 2010

I bought the HTC Hero recently, and I got this problem ever since. When I speak with someone on the phone, his or her voice is barely hearable. Literally, I have to ask the person on the other side to repeat her or himself 2-3 times before I'm actually able to hear her/him. So, long story short: the volume is abnormally low. What I've tried: volume control apps. They're all set at maximum volume. Hard-reset.

Samsung Vibrant : Popping - Dripping Sound With Audio Downloading

Nov 16, 2010

When I play one of the stock ringtones (which, by the way, suck) or stream radio stations, music plays fine. However, I would like to be able to download music to my phone either from my computer or from an app, but every time I try either of those, I hear a popping/dripping noise in the background. It happens both when I preview the song/sound and when I download it, and it doesn't matter where I download them from. I've tried websites, my computer, apps, etc. So frustrating!

It sounds like it may be a problem with the speakers, like maybe they are having trouble playing certain file types or something, but I haven't the slightes idea why this is. That's just a hunch, though. I know nothing about how phones work. Anyone know what might be going on? By the way, I don't know if this affects anything, but my phone is rooted now. The popping/dripping began way before I rooted it, though. Just throwing that out there.
