I just got rid of my Blackberry, and per that phone If i decided to take a pic on FB it would automatically update to fb page.. IS this possible on the moment and how do I set that up.

On my old phone (HTC Imagio) you would select "Share" and then it would pop back to the album where you could touch the thumbs for the pics you wanted to upload. When you touched it, the corner of the pic would fold over showing that it was selected, and you could then keep touching other thumbs to select as many as you would like and finish by hitting the soft key titled "Upload".On the Fascinate it appears that you have to select the pic in the album, hit share, hit Photobucket and then you have to scroll to the next and do it again and again until you have uploaded all your photos one at a time. Am I missing something, or is this just how the Fascinate and Photobucket app work together?
View 5 Replies View RelatedJust bought this sprint samsung moment a few weeks ago, and I was wondering why I can't upload mobile pics from my phone to facebook. I have the facebook app on my phone and it does not seem to let me upload mobile pic's. In order for me to upload pic's I have to go to the mobile version of facebook and upload the pic via some email wich then post the pic for u, but the problem is it seems to post my pic's side ways.
I know lots of folks with other phones some of them crappy that just click on the photo and select upload to facebook....why can't I do that on this phone? Why does this phone not give me the option to upload from the pic? Why does the facebook app FOR android not let me upload photo's?
Anyone know how to unclog stalled uploads to Facebook? I've tried to upload vacation photos but they don't get through + remain somewhere between the cloud + my T-Mobile MyTouch phone. I've tried clearing the cache as well as logging off + relogging. Nothing seems to work.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI tried some searching and was unsuccessful, so I apologize if tis has been covered before.I just recently decided to start posting pics I take with my droid onto facebook and am noticing tht I can only figure out how to load one photo at a time and having to repeat entire process for each photo.What I am curious about...is there a way that I am missing since the 2.2 update, or an application I can download to where I can select and upload multiple photos at once without having to repeat process for each picture.Any help from you guys is greatly appreciated.I enjoy all the discussions on here as tey have helped me many times in the past.

PROBLEM: The pics I take WITH the phone camera just go somewhere IN the phone - NOT to my SD card. I can't find any option in the pics to "save to SD card" or anything like that. I had the phone updated the other day and it wiped all the pics I had taken with the phone - but not the SD ones. Now I have more photos and no way to save them to the SD card?
Anyone know how to do this? I know the iphone had it and I believe the evo did also. Anyone know?

View 15 Replies View RelatedEveryone I see who has the Motorola Droid has there Contacts linked to Facebook by default it seems. On the my Moment it doesn't do this. I figured it was because I was running 1.5 and the droid had 2.0.
I've updated to 2.1 and still Facebook doesn't sync at all for the Moment. Does the Moment not do this for some reason? Only Verizon network? Kinda confusing that the Facebook app doesn't do the same thing. I have tried going to Accounts and Sync and tried adding Facebook as new account but nothing happens. Once you click on Facebook it kicks you back to the previous screen.
I also installed SyncMyPix but not really what I wanted and Synced a lot of them incorrectly.
Anyone know a way to sync this?
I seem to have noticed when I start the day. Use Astro File Manager's Prcoess Viewer to shutdown every task on my phone to conserve battery. All that is usually left running is Dialer, Android system, and android keyboard. I have used APN droid to shut off the internet and I use the power widget to turn off syncs and GPS. Even so at the end of the day, I check the process manager to see that maps and my uploads are running even though I have not used the phone. I was just wondering if there is a reason for this and if so does it affect battery life?

My question is that recently since I have upgraded I've been having issues with loading my pictures to Facebook.It seems it wants to "hang" in loading status at 0% or sometimes will only go to like 18% and stay there.I have to power off & on to stop it and retry.And *if* the picture does load it takes FOREVER to.Before it would just fly right through uploading.Sometimes it literally takes HOURS before it will load.I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling the Facebook app too.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI've found some other threads discussing the fact that the default shortcut for Facebook is actually just a shortcut to a browser bookmark for Facebook. If you delete this shortcut, you can re-create it, but it has a boring red flag icon. With a custom bookmark app, you could restore this original icon... but only if you know where to find it. Where is that icon stored? It has to be somewhere on the root of the phone. Using root explorer, I can't find it. I'm guessing it's stored inside of an archive somewhere. Any ways to search more thoroughly?
Related: can I somehow use my PC (Windows explorer) to browse the root of the phone?
Or, can I find it somewhere in the original .tar file containing the flash update for the phone?
(running rooted 2.1 DD10, FWIW).
Okay for some strange reason the default web browser on my Moment has been doing me wrong. Well not wrong but it's acting up on Facebook. I can't access the full site, like I always get the touchscreen one no matter if I touch [full site] or type in the url. Does anyone know if/what other browsing apps are better or will let me accuuss the facebook sites?

As for facebook? How do I get to alert me in pop-up format when I get a message or replied to in facebook? I tried in settings and can't seem to see anything that I can tab for it to pop-up? The only way is when I recieve an email update, and there it shows someone replied to you in facebook or requested you as a friend? Along with email? I would like to see that pop-up like my email, text, etc. but from facebook alone if possible.
I'm just curious if it's possible to upload pictures on my phone directly to Facebook or Myspace? My brother has a Hero and his whole contact list is synced up with facebook. Is there an app that I need or is this just not a feature available on this phone?
