Samsung Moment :: USB Cord To Use?
Mar 25, 2010Trying to share videos and photos I've taken. As far as I can tell, there's no way to upload directly from the phone. You have to attach photos and videos and email them. One video more than two minutes long can't be sent.(too big to attach is the message) Can anyone help me with this? And I really am curious about the USB cord.

Feb 25, 2010Does anyone know how to get Flickr added to the Auto Upload "Add A New Place?"Currently, I have MySpace, YouTube, Photobucket, and Facebook, but I have a Flickr Pro account and would like to be able to just upload to my account there.
Any ideas? It's rather frustrating to have the others, but not Flickr - and not have the ability to add others (that I can see/find).

Feb 16, 2010I'm just curious if it's possible to upload pictures on my phone directly to Facebook or Myspace? My brother has a Hero and his whole contact list is synced up with facebook. Is there an app that I need or is this just not a feature available on this phone?

Feb 19, 2010Just bought this sprint samsung moment a few weeks ago, and I was wondering why I can't upload mobile pics from my phone to facebook. I have the facebook app on my phone and it does not seem to let me upload mobile pic's. In order for me to upload pic's I have to go to the mobile version of facebook and upload the pic via some email wich then post the pic for u, but the problem is it seems to post my pic's side ways.
I know lots of folks with other phones some of them crappy that just click on the photo and select upload to facebook....why can't I do that on this phone? Why does this phone not give me the option to upload from the pic? Why does the facebook app FOR android not let me upload photo's?

Samsung Moment :: Download Out Of Memory?
May 22, 2010Sorry if this has already been discussed but I did a search and couldn't find anything. Anyway, I just checked my email on my Moment and downloaded an attachment. When I tried to open it an error message popped up saying "out of memory". I have plenty of memory left on both my sd card and internal memory so I am stumped as to what "memory" the message is referring to.

Apr 21, 2010I recently upgraded to a rooted 2.1 system and all worked well for about a week, including use of the Market. But now I can't download anything from the Market at this point. I've tried every solution I've seen on this and other forums, but nothing has solved the issue. I've tried rebooting through recovery, pulling out the battery, starting Google Talk (apparently that helps with other phones), checked the 'okay to download third-party apps/unknown sources' mark in settings, and cleared the cache out of every application. I've uninstalled every application I've downloaded in the last 3-4 days.
However, I can't find the Market app to clear the cache - would seem like if I cleared the cache from the Market app, that might do the trick. I remember seeing it as an manageable app in 1.5, but it's not showing in 2.1.
Is the Market app in 2.1 hidden somehow? I've used Root Explorer, ASTRO and the stock apps manager but none show the Market program as an application.
Also, are there other suggestions I haven't tried?
The reason it's an issue right now is because I removed the mms.apk program (moved it to the SD card, but it won't re-install -- tried ASTRO and Root Explorer) and was using Handsent SMS exclusively for texting. But Handsent had some problems so I uninstalled it and was about to re-install it but now I can't successfully download anything from the Market. So, I have no texting ability right now.

I do like to use it for music, but as of right now my PSP sounds better, but i'd like to leave that at home when I head off to school. It's kinda clunky, and it'd be more desireable to only have to take one thing with me. Don't get me wrong, the sound is fine on the Moment, it's just..... not what I want it to be.
