View 1 RepliesMy current app I'm developing needs to create word documents (.doc) to display full on reports for my users.
The idea is after the user fills in a few text views, the app gathers that data and inputs it in a new word doc, kind of like a generator to generate essays/legal documents.
Just getting started with my samsung droid. Very used to suing my laptop, but want to learn more about the Droid so I can keep up-to-date while on the move. Two things have already stumped me. I can't open some word documents and some I can, and I can't remember the other. Told you I was stumped.Any help would be appreciated.

Am I missing something or is this not a feature in Android?
Also, Can we also view these three file types when received, save the file, then forward it via different e-mail?

2) When I try to locate certain rural addresses that are in my contact list (or anywhere) it is trying to chg what I type and give me a different address. For example.... 1430 Road K Town, state.... Changes it to 1430 K Street Town State.
Now this wouldn't be a big deal except when using the nav features. OUr address is like this and it can never seem to get it right.

Its encouraging to hear statements like this one....
Noah: "Epic is the best hard QWERTY Android device I've ever tried. By a healthy margin!"
I'll definitely be purchasing mine launch day. The 31'st can't come soon enough!
If so, what can you edit? If you don't know what I'm talking about, then the reviews were wrong about having thinkfree office.
