Jul 31, 2010I decided to try out launcher pro but I miss the feeds and updates widget.is there a good facebook widget in the market or anywhere?

Samsung Fascinate :: Want Facebook Widget On LPP?
Oct 20, 2010So I'm using Launcher Pro Plus. It comes with a full-screen Facebook widget. That shows you the news feed, etc. in the settings of the LP Widget, there are two options.
Facebook Login Update Interval. I had to sign in and stuff to get the widget to work. Did that. Worked fine for a couple of days. Then tonight it's just not working. My interval is set to 15 minutes. Last FB post was at 9:15. It's now 2:08am. I go to the option "Facebook Login" in the settings and I get this:

Jul 22, 2010How can I get the default facebook widget on launcher pro? I'm not sure if it is actually a facebook widget, I think it was the accounts widget? Where you can sync with your gmail, my space, facebook etc; I installed Launcher Pro and can't find it anywhere.

Aug 31, 2010Anyone notice that facebook notifications, just flat out doesnt work on this phone. i've tested an Aria, Incredible, and Evo, and it works on all of those. i've got notifications turned on and everything, and facebook is excluded from ATK but i never get any updates.

Jul 26, 2010I just got the captivate (had the backflip) and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to upload photos to facebook. With the backflip it was so simple, take the pic, tap share, tap facebook.I tried that on this phone but when I do share my options are picasa, bluetooth, gmail, email, allshare, messaging and online locker.And when I log onto facebook through the website or app there is no option for uploading photos.I have googled this topic to death and find absolutely nothing.

Jul 30, 2010I've had the phone going on two weeks this Sunday and I still can't get Facebook to sync the contacts. It always says: "Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly." Jul 30, 2010I am using Facebook app on my new samsung captivate. I have set the refresh interval at 30 minutes. and notifications checked (active). i have chosen messages, Pokes, Friend Requests and event invites all checked green under notification settings. For some reason, whenever i receive a friend request, i dont get notified under my notification bar. I always see that when i open the application. I was hoping to get notification without opening the app. do i need to do something to fix this? Or am i missing something very basic here.

Dec 1, 2010I've had the Captivate for about 2 months now and during that time, I've never once got the contacts to sync up with my Facebook contacts. I've been to AT&T and they've told me that the phone is so new that they don't even know how to fix it.
What it's doing is taking at least two minutes to try and "sync" and them I'm getting a notification telling me that the sync is down at this current time and should be up shortly. I'm thinking two months is a little longer than shortly.

Jul 21, 2010I cannot seem to get my facebook contacts to sync. When i setup the account it sucessfully syncs the calendar but has an error while trying to sync contacts. 1. What is Launcher Pro and how exactly is it used.

Aug 12, 2010I have my Google contacts linked to their applicable Facebook contacts. I don't like that, when the names are different, it defaults to listing the contact under Facebook name. That means that it is no longer possible to search by Google contact name from within the phone application.

I have seen some on other peoples screens but can't seem to find the right one. I tried beautiful Widgets but had too much going on. Basically what I want is a small weather widget that fits in the corner of the screen with a transparent background? Any suggestions?

Aug 10, 2010So today i was looking at my contacts and i noticed that anyone who has a facebook account and is linked to my contacts, has 5 linked contacts in their info. thos 5 linked contacts all being repeats of the facebook contact. its like each contact is linked to itself 5 times. i tried deleting the extra ones but it says i cannot delete a read only contact and i tried displaying only my phone contacts and disabled contact sync with my facebook account but they are still showing up. any idea of what to do?
