I wanted to know if it was possible to use more than one picture as a wallpaper in GDE. i like the cube effect and i was wondering i fit is possible to have multiple pictures...And another problem...when i set a wallpaper from a photo it crops it to 320x480 automatically and what should i do if i want to crop and set the photo at different resolutions other than 320x480?

I downloaded pictures off the internet and tried to set them as my background, and it says "This picture has been set as wallpaper" But its just the default wallpaper. So then I tried the Bar code scanner wallpapers and Android themes.com and same thing!

I've tried texting myself a picture and confirmed that it is not the same quality. Any suggestions? I've already setup "no file size limit" in Handcents. The same thing happens with stock Messaging app.

Phone is not rooted because I've had issues rooting with the new 1.6 update. I'm not sure where the wallpapers are located. I've seen the location before but for the life of me I can't find it again.

I am currently using 1.6 tweaked v3 and the problem is if I can't send message using the message app(because can't find email contacts) but have to go through contacts (gmail)to send a picture. However when I do that, I can't attach a video. Now if I use the camera/camcorder app, while reviewing pictures the "send to" doesn't work. If i click on "default destination" and delete the emply destination I can choose between 5 options. The phone book option say "sorry!" the application has stopped unexpectedly and to force close. I can send video using the video player which is weird since doing it in the camcorder app won't work!. Seems alot of round about ways to do something which should be simple.

Here is the problem i want to set the whole picture as the wallpaper but when you set as on the eris a box pops up the picture and you have to adjust it. I don't want that I want the whole dam picture. Are you guys having trouble. It 480 X 800 pixel JPG (I can stretch it to get the 54 pixel more if I need it). When I go to set it as my wallpaper the "crop" square only let me allow 1/2 of the pic. View 9 Replies View RelatedAlright whats up people I was recently searching through and through for a way to get mobile internet without paying that ridiculous android price so as I was searching I stumbled across a regular behold forum at Samsung Behold Forum - New Proxy (TMobileX (Free Internet!)) - UPDATE: Analysis 01.07.10 -> 1500 Users because someone said free internet for it and I gave it a run to see if it would work with our behold 2 and surely enough it does.
Instructions on how to use proxy:
Open up the (default) browser on your Samsung Behold.
Type in the following address into the : tmo-x.co.cc/tmobilex/
Type in the address you want to visit in the form on the page and select whether or not you want to use my HTML trick (free; allows you to see sites in full HTML not 'WAP-stripped').
A very disappointing feature of Xperia Mini is that It won't let me set the entire picture as Contact or wallpaper.
I am always asked for resizing the picture.

I want to set this picture as my Wallpaper. The problem is, when I select "Set As", the picture suddenly appears with a lower quality.
Here's the picture as it is, and then after I press on "Set As".
As you can see, in the second picture, the wallpaper has a lower quality. I didn't zoom in or anything, but somehow I cannot get the best quality (shown as I see it in my gallery), as soon as I try to set it as my wallpaper, the quality lowers.
After many attempts to try and use the terminal emulator that is already preloaded onto the behold 2 , and many failures..After trying out different Terminal Em.'s and always having my phone lag because they wernt made for it...i have finally found a way to get terminal emulator working with no lag or no slow down in performance... First you must have root,of course, Next, Use an app called root explorer or something similar and goto the folder /system/app/ and find the two files Term.apk and Term.odex, and MOVE them to your sd card from your phone,you want them gone from your system/app folder After that simply goto the market and search for Terminal Emulator , re-download and there you have it, Working term. em. on the behold 2.Peace Ladz.

I was succesfully able to get adb to detect my phone serial. but whenever I type in: adb shell /data/local/try3 /system/bin/sh
in the CMD, it returns with "permission denied"
It seems like every time I reboot my phone, the live wallpaper is changed back to the last static wallpaper I have used.Does anyone else have this problems?

After I set the picture or whatever and crop it, I return to the home screen and the Colorful Bubble HTC Wallpaper always shows up instead, only the live wallpaper really works all the time.
