Phone is not rooted because I've had issues rooting with the new 1.6 update. I'm not sure where the wallpapers are located. I've seen the location before but for the life of me I can't find it again.

Sep 10, 2010i have been trying to figure out how to use an image for my wallpaper, but the crop box comes up over it everytime, and it forces me to crop the picture , which makes it fuzzy and incomplete. this also happens when adding an image to a contact. HELP? I have tried stretching the crop box as far as it will go, but that is only 50%at best. i also have tried NOT tapping anything on the screen other than save but it still crops it.

Feb 8, 2010I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this happening. Whenever you zoom in to a picture, the image is never cleaned up. Its like doing a digital zoom when you are already maxed out. The image simply shows up blury as apposed to when you view the image on a computer. There you can zoom in and get details just fine. I've noticed this also when trying to set a different wallpaper that is not from the Samsung collection. The images come out with worse quality then they should. I should also note that as I was cropping the images, the Photos app would force close at times as if it couldn't handle an image that big. I think this is a bug in the photo viewer, where instead of actually zooming in, its just doing crop and re-size of the image when its resolution is that of the screen.

Also why does the selection box appear when I use my own picture, which does not allow you to use all of the photo? Aug 2, 2010I am trying to increase my volume for the handset. I have the original factory codes set at:
0 = -16db
1 = -12db
2 = -8db
3 = -4db
4 = 0
5 = 4
When I go into the master settings to change the RX volume codes, I can not figure out how to make a negative number. Can someone help me get in the right direction to change the volume settings? My volume is so low, I can barely hear when on the phone.

Jan 21, 2010Alright whats up people I was recently searching through and through for a way to get mobile internet without paying that ridiculous android price so as I was searching I stumbled across a regular behold forum at Samsung Behold Forum - New Proxy (TMobileX (Free Internet!)) - UPDATE: Analysis 01.07.10 -> 1500 Users because someone said free internet for it and I gave it a run to see if it would work with our behold 2 and surely enough it does.
Instructions on how to use proxy:
Open up the (default) browser on your Samsung Behold.
Type in the following address into the : tmo-x.co.cc/tmobilex/
Type in the address you want to visit in the form on the page and select whether or not you want to use my HTML trick (free; allows you to see sites in full HTML not 'WAP-stripped').

Jan 13, 2010After many attempts to try and use the terminal emulator that is already preloaded onto the behold 2 , and many failures..After trying out different Terminal Em.'s and always having my phone lag because they wernt made for it...i have finally found a way to get terminal emulator working with no lag or no slow down in performance... First you must have root,of course, Next, Use an app called root explorer or something similar and goto the folder /system/app/ and find the two files Term.apk and Term.odex, and MOVE them to your sd card from your phone,you want them gone from your system/app folder After that simply goto the market and search for Terminal Emulator , re-download and there you have it, Working term. em. on the behold 2.Peace Ladz.
