I didnt know application would screw up my music player.WOW!It reads "Sorry the player dosent support this type of audio file" when I try to play my music now.Ive already removed the appbrain application and I still cant play my music. how to get me back?I promise i wont download any more of these glitchy apps.

how do you play downloaded Blockbuster movies to your tv. I bought the HDMI cable, but it won't see the movie when I go into the BB app to play it. I even tried moving it out of the BB folder to the video folder and that doesn't work either.

Also, can anyone tell me the difference between voice search and voice dialer? It seems like when I use voice dialer, I say "Call Home" and a list of options pops up of who to call (one choice being Home) (When I wish it would have just automatically called Home), but if I use voice search it automatically does call Home.
I purchased a Motorola Droid about a week ago and have it running to my liking except for music. I noticed that the songs I transferred onto my Droid were sorted in alphabetical order rather than by the oringial album sort. How do I change the sort from alphabetical to the original album sort?
View 2 Replies View RelatedComing from a Iphone to the X the music player is a little lacking. Often I will go into a certain artist and want to play all the songs by that artist, or thumb through all their songs to find a certain one. On the stock music player on the X this seems hard to do (maybe I'm missing something).
if I pull up the music by artist and select a certain artist then it shows me all their albums (The iphone has the option at this point to select all albums and see all the songs of that artist in alphabetical order). The X doesn't give a option to select all albums at this point. If I go to artists and long press on a certain artist I can select play and it will start playing all that artists songs, then I can hit pause and go into the list from that point to see all the songs but they seem to be in a random order making it hard to find a specific song.
I've tried a couple other players and haven't been able to find one that functions like the Iphone, makes it hard to quickly find one song.

Does anyone know of a solution to this? Right now all my music files (28 gigs worth) are wma files....could this be the problem? I want to convert all of them to mp3, anyone know of a quick way to do this. I know there are several programs I can use to do this, it just sounds rather time consuming. The downloads pending went through, but the appbrain update is now hanging in the downloads from the Android Marketplace. It just says "downloading." I can't kill the process. I have rebooted the phone, manually killed the process. I get this message: "Sorry! The application Market (process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." I recently read that AppBrain updated their app to v5.0 but that the Fast Web Installer that pushing apps to your phone from Appbrain.com WITHOUT having to go through the Market is broken with the v5.0 update because of changes with the Market's recent update.

QUESTION: does the Fast Web Install still work with earlier versions of AppBrain?? I have kept v4.8 installed on my phone but I'm having a problem with the Fast Web Install. I'm not sure if I'm experiencing a temporary issue or if the Market update is affecting ALL versions of the Appbrain fast web push?
I rooted my phone last night and it worked and all that and I got the SuperUser app. But before I go into more detail, I have the Galaxy s3 I737 or whatever it is for at&t. I decided that I wanted to put a custom ROM on. I downloaded ROM manager from the play store and then opened it up and downloaded CM 10.1 build and the GApps for it also. I clicked all of the boxes for it to make a back up and to wipe all that stuff also and then it started loading and all that. After it was done loading, the phone restarted and had the little CM guy on there and it had the CM boot logo it said that Setup Wizard has stopped and that the process URL.... has stopped.
View 3 Replies View RelatedRecently I've been having an issue with Google Play Music where when I play a song, it plays for a second then pauses, so I have to press play to get it going again. This occurs repetitively which means I can't listen to music.
It happens on songs that are being streamed and on songs that are on the device.
Funnily enough, if the song is played through ES file explorer and the little play music popup window comes up, it plays fine.
I've got this issue on both my devices, a tf101 running 4.3 and a nexus 5 with stock 4.4 rooted.
Edit: just remembered, I've also got this issue with MX Player and videos. I can't figure out what's wrong.
Streamed videos played through the gallery video player work fine.
I took out the 8GB SD card from my Blackberry Storm and put it the Incredible.
I had a bunch of music saved on my SD Card that I downloaded from VZW Music Media thing.
When I go to music on the Incredible and go over the song (it shows the picture of the album of the song)
it says "unable to play this type of audio"
I was wondering if the motorola droid can play music from another media player I.e. an ipod if I connect an auxiliary cord to them both. Maybe an app or something? Like an input from the headphone jack instead of just output.
