Aug 23, 2010has anyone found any apps that crash or cause random reboots? i know of twitter and TiKL, whenever i try to use it, it bogs the phone down and restarts.

Jun 17, 2010i dont know if i have a problem or this is just new or even if theres setting ai could change when i end certain apps in advanced task killer then i go back to them they are where i last off like in browser it would be at the last site i went to even though i ended the browser i dont actually like that it does this same thing in other apps such as my twitter and facebook apps i end them but when i open again there where i left off.

Jul 6, 2010I want to know how to transfer apps to SD card. When I go to settings/manage applications, the Move to SD button is blacked out. For the record, to go back stock all I have to do is plug my phone in, flash 2.0.1 with RSDlite and download the OTA. right?? I mean when VZW puts out the real 2.2, I assume if I went to that I would be at a disadvantage? I see a lot of people with the processor speed on their home page. How do I get that there? Any good free mp3 apps out there?

Aug 22, 2010Has anyone noticed that there are lots of apps that are autostarting with the new froyo update. I have to constantly open Advanced task Killer to kill these apps. Things like, skype, google search, and contacts for example. Any way to keep these from autostarting every 5 seconds... its like they start immediately after I kill them.

Oct 5, 2010I'm tired of the slow performance of the Motorola Bluetooth voice dialer. Now with Froyo sporting its own Bluetooth voice dialer, does anyone know if there's a way to switch to it? I am running 2.2. My biggest issue with the Motorola bluetooth voice dialer is that'll take up to 30 seconds from the time I press the dial button on my bluetooth device till it'll be ready for me to say a command. Totally unacceptable! Is my only option to go to a custom ROM?

Nov 15, 2010Ok so I've searched the forums high and low. But I haven't been able to get a clear answer or solution. But anyway I did the Froyo update on Oct 7th. Im really lovein the flash capability. But since then none of my widgets are updating. Face book, social network, Recent messages and news. When I try to update a status on my social network one it jus says, "can't send update. Message failure. " And I have the orange triangle with exclamation point on most of my messaging icons. So I just need to know if this is either a soft where fix I need to wait for. Or is their something I can do to fix this myself.

Jul 24, 2010I've been using Bugless Beast v0.4 for a week or two now. It is what I installed when I first rooted my Droid. I love it, really, but I've had a few little things I've wondered about. 1. The memory manager seems a bit excessive, it keeps killing Meebo, even when it's in the foreground. 2. No Wifi Hotspot in the Settings. 3. Could it be faster if it were from Source? So, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a ROM that was 2.2, stable, and fast. I don't care about whether it's from source, really, unless that makes it faster. I do like some of the tweaks I've read about in some of the from-source mods, but I am concerned about stability, such as working Wifi, or too-overclocked kernels. I would love to hear recommendations to make my Droid as fast and stable as possible,

May 13, 2010I've been reading about android 2.2 coming out with Flash 10 support. I haven't seen an official date yet but it sounds like it's coming very soon. I've been running BB v1.0 and love it. That being said, I want this new update asap but I don't want to lose root. Is there going to be any BB or similar rom using the update? I've read Google has the code under wraps. Root users had all the benefits of ese53 weeks before 2.1 was distributed, will we see a repeat or are root users going to need to wait for custom roms or risk losing root when 2.2 comes?

Aug 20, 2010Hoping someone has a fix, ADB no longer sees my device after the update. If I turn off USB debugging everything works fine, the phone charges and the DX applet launches like normal. Turning on USB debugging kills everything, phone doesn't charge, applet doesn't launch & ADB doesn't find my device. I'm running Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Any ideas?
