Any one know of a widget that functions like the conversation widget in GDE (which is awesome) that will show calls, sms, etc? Im looking to be able to place this widget on another home interface (Home++ Beta).

I have a common problem with my heros sense UI or at least a HTC widget, the message widget. Not only is it the most laggy widget ever, but sometimes it bugs for me so that I can only go two messages down, not able to scroll further downwards to other conversations - only upwards. Anyone else tried this or know why it happens?

I mean, if I go into "settings -> close all chats" it doesn't really do anything because if I go back and tap on someone's name, the entire conversation I just had is still there. Is there anyway to delete an entire gchat conversation like you can do with text message threads/conversations?

I love everything about the phone but the audio, Is anyone else having issues with the speaker rattling really bad during a conversation? View 9 Replies View RelatedI live in Indiana so one person is needs to know. I only need an app that will run on the Droid X now. I have reported it to the FCC, and they said to get a recording of the call and as much information as possible.
It's E Business Group (602) and the are calling for Anthony which is the wrong number, but as soon as I even start to ask to be taken off their list they say "Sorry for bothering you" and hang up so quick I can't even get the words out.
Is anyone else having problems with handcent? It wont open the menus to customize the conversation list or the bubble settings, and sometimes the app itself doesn't even open. Does the app just need updated, or is there a problem with ny phone?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have found this forum very helpful, but can't find my issue anywhere. I just recently switched to the Droid X from an Omnia i910 (verizon) and love it! I used SMS Exporter (WM) and SMSBackup (android) to copy all of my SMS over. It worked perfectly; however, when i view a conversation my text box displays "A valid address is required to send this message". I am unable to type anything to text. If I open a new message and send it to the same contact, it updates in the conversation. When I open the conversation the error is still there.
I used the method from: here to do the SMS transfer.
I have also verified that all my contact names match up, and this issue effects all of my messages.
I'm fairly new with my Droid X. How do I display Gmail chat?
Apparently, friends can see that I'm logged onto my Gmail and message me, which pops up like a text message. But I can't figure out how to see whose online or start a conversation.
I'm a new Droid X user. I love the phone so far, but have a question about text messaging. In particular, it appears I cannot delete individual texts withing a conversation. There has to be a way I'm just missing yes?

I have done extensive searches for even this question and I have yet to find one.
I Obviously have a Driod Eris, I use ChompSmS for my basic texting needs. (Love the phone BTW) I have had this phone for 3 months, so I am not a noob to it.
Basically I have a few conversations that I would like to forward to say an email address, I know you can forward each individual message, but I would like to do the entire thing. Is there any way to do this? Or is there an APP out there that can do this?
I talked with a VZW tech just a few minutes ago.I described her the silent bug problem on 2.1.She said she is a Droid user and her daughter has an Eris.She said she had frequent freezeup on her Droid and now she reccomends to do one reboot every day. She says she had not had a problem since she has been doing this.She made a mark on my file about my complain and recommended to try the once-a-day reboot for a week. If the problem persists, the store will issue a new phone.I will try this reboot thing each night, will see how it goes.I am a bit worried about the exchange they perhaps would give me a refurb, and what is the guarantie that I won't end up with the same problem.

Mine is only about 1 inch by 1/2 inch.I can barely even get 1/2 a face in the picture.How do you get a bigger picture?I'm running LauncherPro, is that effecting it?Since I couldn't get a bigger picture, I decided to try and add the slide show widget. I have to do several steps with the notification in the bar. I would like to do just one, and have a bigger visual notification a on my home screen I came over from a Samsung Omnia (WinMo) that had a widget that let me just click and sent me straight to my voicemail box. I also have a friend that has a Samsung Moment that has this feature (I guess cause its 1.5). Now, I haven?t got my invite yet for GV, and I tried to use HulloMail, but it didn?t work for me (kept saying that I had no messages when I did).

So, looking for another good 1x1 battery widget that'll do increments of 1% - or at least 5%. Suggestions? I've found several that will just report the stock %, which doesn't help since stock will only do 10% increments.
The battery widget looks like BatteryLife by CurveFish but it is a little different. Is this because of a certain them installed that changes this or is it just a different app?

Smooth calendar suites my needs better, but does not fit with other widgets on my home screen as well as the stock widget.Droid agenda is awesome, just cluttered.I would like for the stock widget to work better for me.
A few days ago a downloaded a widget that was similar to the beautiful widgets icons. It's name was DroidLight I believe. You can't get it through the market, you have to download it through a link somewhere on this site. I had to do a nandroid backup and lost the apk file. I'm pretty sure that Xeudoxus helped put it together.
