I have a nexus 4 running android 4.3. On my gmail app none of the times or dates are highlighted so that I can add the event to my calendar. In contrast, when I log into my gmail on my PC I am able to use that function.

I tried to use calendar snooze and it alarm any event i used but i want to use only my calendar and no 3rd party app.
My photos all at once disappeared from my gallery. If you look in the folders they are all still there but all of the old photo's have the same Authored Date (7/23/2003 6:36 PM) and the same Date Created (5/9/1970 11:20 PM) the Date Modified is unique as it is the actual date the pictures were taken... These files are not hidden. I do not remember exactly what day I upgraded to 4.3 but it would have been right around the time that the issue started. I tried Scan Media and Rescan Media apps with no success.

I have referred the article (at http://www.developer.com/article.php/3850276 ) for implementing the native calendar control, but i would like to display calendar also on the screen and also User can able to select date, and after selecting date user can also be able to event on that selected date.
So is there any way to display calendar (month view) in Android ?
I recently received an LG optimus f3 with android 4.1.2.
After activating the phone, it displayed the correct date and time for my time zone, so I didn't mess around with settings to reset the time, as I would with any other device.
However, I've noticed that the time changes to exactly an hour ahead, before changing itself back several minutes later.
I went to settings > date and time, but 24 hour time and selecting a date format are the only options listed.
I prefer to leave mobile data off when I am at home and can use the wi-fi. Is it necessary to have mobile data turned on, so the phone can receive the time from a cell tower, or is there a way I can set an internal clock?
I'm looking for a tutorial to Root and then revert back to JellyBean from KitKat on a Nexus 7 2013 2nd Gen, non carrier, WiFi only, or Whatever is required to switch back to JB from KK..

I have a meeting to attend, and I need to call my house at a certain time to make sure my kid gets up for school. They ignore the alarm clock, but always wake up when the phone rings. In short, the problem I am having is that Non-recurring events (one time appointment) that are in the Google Calendar online are not showing in the Moment calendar app. There was a Settings Page not sure if it was in the main OS menu or the Calendar menu that gave you the option of choosing to show events "before" a certain date and to show events "After" a certain date. You repeatedly tap the two "before" or "after" options and the dates would move further back in time and further forward in time respectively creating a date range.
Non-recurring events, obviously, continue to show for years prior or in the future but Non-recurring one-time events outside of a "range" of a time period do not show. Does Anyone know what the setting I am referring to and how to get back to it?? If not, perhaps my more thorough explanation of my problem and what I am trying to accomplish below might help me find the display before this date/after this date setting that I cannot find again! (longer explanation/description follows below): We have a Moment and an EVO and we are both new to Android but it appears I am only having the problem with our Moment. I can send SMS and MMS with the stock 4.1.2. messaging app on wifi or cell data just fine, but no 3rd party app including Hangouts 2.0 will send MMS messages.
I've tried GoSMS Pro, Textra, Handcent, Hangouts,... nothing else will send an MMS. It tries, and then just switches over to retrying until I force quite the app, or send another regular, text only message.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am using Profile Scheduler +, and have set the default ringtone to the stock SMS app to specific sound (Sound 02) since it only works for stock apps and not 3rd party ones.
In GoSMS, I get dual notifications. When I select the setting (Disable Other Message Notification), I don't get dual notifications on the notification bar and Sound 02 does not play.
how to get rid of the dual notification but may it use Sound 02 as the default? I have Sound 01 used the default notification for emails, etc.
I updated my phone (GS3) two days ago and after I did I have 4 "download complete" notifications that won't go away. Even after clearing them they come back. The files cannot even be located on my phone anywhere. I downloaded these ages ago through Chrome.
