I downloaded the lite version to try it out. Downloaded two different versions of Super Mario RPG roms. I open the app, then choose a rom, then I get a black screen with the controls on it, but I can't get to the game. What am I doing wrong?

I downloaded the emulator on my droid without any problem but everytime i try to download a rom it says "unsuccessful download". View 24 Replies View RelatedI have a Galaxy Note i717 on stock ICS. I have had a custom rom on it before (CM10 nightly) but i reverted back to stock ROM. Well last night i found the Padawon ICS 6.2 ROM. So i downloaded it and put everything on the SD Card. Then went to google play and got a couple app to backup things like titanium backup and SMS backup. I am a frequent Tap Fish and Shipwrecked player so i backed them up in hopes to keep my game data. I also made a backup of current ROM. So i installed the ROM, went to the play store downloaded Titanium and went to restore apps and nothing was there. So i went and downloaded my games and i went back into Titanium backup and still no backups were shown. Is there any possible way to keep my game data when i switch roms?

View 20 Replies View RelatedSo PSX4Droid finally got released from the clutches of Google Market about an hour ago. Only problem now is I can't seem to get any roms to work. I set up a PSXROMS folder on my SD card, and my first d/l was Metal Gear Solid disc 1 and 2. I got them from here PSX ISO Download Section. So I downloaded the .rar, unzipped to get the .bin (says it's compatible), open the emulator, the emulator sees the files in the folder, I click it, it refreshes the rom screen. The emulator doesn't start. Am I doing something wrong? Wrong file type?
View 9 Replies View RelatedI don't know if there has been anymore elaboration on the subject of the impending switch to LCD for the Incredibles or when it was supposed to go into effect, but I may or may not have stumbled onto something. I, finally, received my phone today. I haven't turned it on yet, as I have it sitting on the charger for another 3 hours. However, I did happen to flip through some of the booklets that came with the phone. If everyone could gather up their "Product Safety & Warranty Brochure," we can compare and see if there is a difference. On page 8 under the "Cleaning" bullet, it says "blah blah blah blah, but NEVER use water to clean the LCD screen." If any of you got your phones weeks or months earlier and it says "LED" for you, the switch may have already happened. As I said, I haven't turned the phone on yet and this is the only thing I have to go off of right now.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI just recieved my OTA yesterday And when I play you tube type of files it works fine.But when I play videos from CBS the advertisement plays audio/video fine.But when the show starts, I get full speed video, and the AUDIO goes into super slo mo.I also noticed the same behavior listening to KJRAM.com video ads play fine, but when the radio stream plays, its super slow mo.

And now there are two apps on the market that allow a wii remote to control games on some android phones. However it looks like the incredible got left out. Neither of these apps work with the incredible ...maybe due to HTC sense? Do you think workarounds will be found? This would be a cool feature. Maybe not practical, but awesome nonetheless.
View 3 Replies View RelatedSo, I installed a couple emulators, put some roms on my SD card (yes they are definitely on the SD card and not the onboard flash), ejected my devices from my PC, and disconnected my USB cable.
Now when I open up the emulators, they are not able to see any directories on the SD card.
It's almost as if the SD card is acting as if it's still mounted. Not sure what to do here...
Are Themes the same as ROMS? If they are, how so, and if they are not, how so.
View 8 Replies View RelatedI have root access, have clockwork mod. i did a nandroid backup as well. now what is the next step? i downloaded rom manager and titanium backup(paid version) i thought i read somewhere about someone sayin that titanium has to be on the SD card or something for backing up the apps maybe same thing with rom manager? a little confused at this point im just a little bit lost here when it comes to flashing roms. i think i wanna flash capt jagers 1.6 rom but im not sure what else i have to do.

I rooted my Incredible yesterday after a couple months of contemplating it (I know ) And I think I want to try Virtuous ROM. So say I go to Virtuous, but end up wanting to go back to how I have it now (stock, root, froyo). Is that going to be hard? Is that what the nandroid backup is for? Say I go to Virtuous, then decide I wanna try Cyanogen. Do I just flash the new one after doing a Nandroid, then if I dont like Cyanogen I can just open the backup and bam it's back to Virtuous? Nub questions I know, but Im skerred. Last night I installed the rotary lockscreen from Virtuous on my stock rooted rom and I really like it. If I decide I dont like it, how hard is it to change something as small as an addon, rather than the whole ROM?

I basically just want wireless tether, and flash 10.1 for real. Im sorry if this is a noob questions, ive searched around and cannot find where I read that. I could be nuts tho too. So I downloaded two different ROMs from incredible stuff. You know you want it. And I try to install them with Rom Manager by going to Install ROM form SD Card, selecting the zip. I downloaded, and then checking backup and wipe, but when my phone boots back up, nothing has changed. What is it that I'm doing wrong? I eventually rerooted and that solved my problems. I still have no idea what was wrong.

I already backed up my current rom (sense ui) with the ROM manager app. I have already backed up all my apps as well with titanium backup. I am good to go at this point?
