In the settings menu on my DI there is a menu category called "accessibility". When i hit that button, it brings up a dim option to check or uncheck, but it can't be checked. What is this for, and how is it accessed?

I go to settings from the icon, and there is no option to change my Data Sync options! It has totally disappeared. I'm running AOSP 1.6, but it was just there earlier today. I only did a Nandroid restore recently, but I can't think of anything I did to make it re-appear if it was already missing. Help!
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a Galaxy S3 that I got a couple months ago, love it but there's just this one problem. The headphones that I was using at the time that I got it were a little damaged so the left side was quieter than the other. I used the accessibility option to shift the sound balance to the left so that it would be balanced. A little bit after the most recent update (4.3?) rolled out I happened to purchase new headphones so I went to switch the sound balance back, but to my surprise there was no longer the "sound balance" option in the accessibility menu. It seems like the settings for the sound balance managed to stay how they were but the actual option to change them disappeared. This makes it extremely hard to listen to music in headphones and when I plug my phone into car speakers it's much louder on the left side of the car.
I know that Poweramp and Rocket Player both have sound balance options, but I often use apps like Songza, Google Play Music, and Soundcloud so buying the full version of Poweramp wouldn't cut it. No equalizers gave me the sound balance options I needed either.
If I absolutely have to I guess I could do a factory reset of my phone, but that's the last thing I want to do as it would be a huge hassle to transfer all the music/pictures/apps back onto the phone.
Does anyone know what the Settings->Accessibility is for? I cannot turn it on, it is always disabled (grayed out).

I saw an Android tip that said "Use the power button to end a call", but it needed to be turned on in the Accessibility menu. When I got to Settings->Accessibility, it is grayed out and it says "Downloaded accessibility application is required to activate". What app do I need to download to enable this accessibility setting?

I now have "Low on Space" and "Not enough storage space for SM (then it's cutoff)". I have done 6 factory resets since getting it and after the last two I have added no apps to it. I have plenty of memory left but the message still pops up and GMAIL sent and Trash is empty, I have 29mb in use out of 7486mb in Gmail in use and i am about to walk into a Verizon store and beat someone senseless with this piece of crap phone. The INC is the only Android+Sense phone doing this right? Now my Bluetooth wont turn on or off. The widget and menu+settings doesn't work.

In the sub menu I have a setting for enabling/disabling images in my application based on the application level flag that i change based on the option being clicked.What I am observing is that when i click on the "Menu" and change the settings from enable Images to disable Images. its not reflecting.I have put the debug log and what have been seen is the onOptionCreateMenu method is getting called only one time- first time when i click the "Menu" button.
