Oct 4, 2010I'm rooted with Nonsensical. Set up with pop3 email but can't find any option to change the text size. How can this be done?

HTC EVO 4G :: Way To Change Email Inbox Text Size?
Aug 29, 2010Not talking about the text size of the actual emails here, but the text size of your inbox message list when you click on the icon or on the drop down notification. To me the text is huge, and therefore the inbox list is shorter and you only get a small preview of the info. Is there a simple way to reduce that text size that I just haven't been able to find?

General :: How To Change Email Attachment Size
Feb 29, 2012I am using the OEM Android email app. Attacing a picture is no problem. If I try and attach say a video of 5 plus mb it won't attach. I get an error message telling me file is too large to attach.
(I have a ZTE Blade running Android 2.3.7 on a Cyanogenmod ROM 7.10.)
I have two questions.
- what is the maximum permisable file size for attachments;
- can the file size limit be increased in anyway?

When I take a picture and share it in messages it says picture is too large and starts compressing it. It compresses it down to 14kb. Dec 26, 2009This is my first post. I've had a Moto Droid since day one, and I just love it. It is without a doubt better than any phone that I've had over the years, and that includes the iPhone, BB, etc.
However, there are 2 things that I don't understand - Font size and a spell checker. It is imposiible to read the small font size in emails or text messages.
1. Why has there not been an app to either change the font size or be able to zoom in? Picasy has incorporated multi-touch for zooming, so I've to assume that its doable! Why not have the same in an email client.
2. Why is there not an email client out there that allows for spell checking? There are many such apps for the BB! I am a terrible speller.
I am not complaining, I just want to understand the limitations from a developers prospective, as I am sure these isuues will eventually be addressed.

Feb 16, 2010Sorry if this has been asked... I've searched and so far nothing. I just got my new Droid Eris. So far I love it, except for my text message sounds. My ringtone works as my new one. My notification sound plays my preference (Clapton's Layla) when I have an email and such, however, when I get a text message, it still plays the default sound. Is there somewhere you change this other than notification sounds?
