Why is the Evo from sprint online available to buy, yet the best buy's around here tell me they havent had one come in for like 2-3weeks. Wonder when the stores will start getting them.

How do I access my online Sprint photo album that has all the pictures that I have uploaded on previous phones? It still exists online. And how do I upload pictures from my Hero to this album? Only see options for FB and Flickr.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and same affect, starts to buffer then just says "stopped". Pandora is working fine for me.

I have a nandroid backup of several roms where I had it installed, can I copy it over to this ROM somehow? And why can't it install it? Is it protected?
So I'm guessing you cant talk and go online through the mobile network, I remember reading that in the book and from personal experience. But I remember talking and browsing the web while connected to wifi, but can no longer. Whats up with that?

View 3 Replies View RelatedWhenever I type online whether its attempting to compose a myspace response or a general response on a message board like this, I experience annoying lag. I'm sure I'm not the only one, at least I hope I'm not, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't like that in the beginning. My question is, is this a network type thing? Or is it a memory/space type thing. I'm 90% on the wifi, and I would hope its a network thing because the lag online is becoming really annoying.

The online kitchen is currently only available to my MoDaCo premium members (those who have signed up to MoDaCo Ad Free or MoDaCo Plus) as it is not yet running on an infrastructure that can support a huge number of users. This will be the case for the foreseeable future as the kitchen system is developed.
With that said, for those who can test the kitchen, enjoy! I've had this vision for a long time, so it's exciting to see the pieces falling together - both here and in the Android 'scene' - to make it happen!

Is there any way to secure call history for one of the phones in family plan, or will the primary account allways have access to every call any phone makes via the statements or online access?
Also, How much browser and download history information is available in statements and online for all phones on the family plan?
So is anybody doing seamless VIOP from the EVO on 3g? If so how? will VOIP calls show up in any logs outside the phone?
Any ETA on when it will get Skype without some third party? How about true multitasking while on Sprint Voice Call? I honestly can't believe it does not offer those two, I'm sure millions will jump when those come in.
BTW, I tested tethering with PDANet on 3g last night .. It worked great - not crazy fast, but good enough in a pinch.
I'm still waiting for 4g in the big city I live in.
For me, these are the monster items I've been waiting for.. Fast tethering, Voip Video and voice client , multitasking with voice.
One cool feature I will use tons is Voice command and Voice Typing.. they work awsome.
I slowly getting more disappointed with this phone. When you plug in standard headphones without a mic, you get mono output and not stereo.The Hero's 3.5mm plug is Mono not Stereo

I will likely get the phone in the coming weeks and plan to go through Best Buy so I can avoid the $100 mail-in rebate plus i have some rewards zone certificates to apply towards it. Real briefly I have a Samsung Moment phone thru Sprint and I am trying desperately to find a way to watch NFL games live. Does anyone know a way to do this because flash is not supported for android? With my pc I usually go to justintv, veetle.com, or atdhe to watch games for free however my pc is broke right now. I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter.PS I also would like to watch online straining of movies and such if anyone knows of an android app that I can use at veetle.com and such?

But it can't go online with ANY of my programs, whether to check mail, download updates on the market or just surf. None of the other devices I use at home have any trouble getting online, so it isn't my router or connection (I think). And when I got to my office today, my phone instantly recognized the network here and can go online with no problems. I have had the phone for about two months now, and this problem is only a few days old. Before that I had no issues with this.

Well the chat is down and I don't have any other phones besides the phone I want to deactivate for the evo.
