HTC Incredible : Dolphin Browser - Turn Off Mobile View?
Sep 14, 2010Question! I'm a big fan of the dolphin HD browser, but I can't seem to find a way to turn off 'mobile view.' There are lots of websites I like that won't let me see video if it detects I'm on a mobile device.
The stock browser has an option under settings to turn off mobile view, and it usually works.
Does dolphin browser have something similar? I can't seem to find it...

Jun 26, 2010So I use the task killer...and at the moment say when I kill tasks it'll tell me there is about 200M avaliable memory free...if I use the phone for a day it'll maybe go down to 150M even if I am still killing apps and there is nothing in 'running services'. If i turn off the phone and turn it back on it goes up to 250M. What is running that I can't stop myself to make it go down from the 250M but that I can just eliminate by turning off the phone?

HTC EVO 4G :: How Often Do You Turn Your Phone OFF?
Jun 21, 2010For the first week I turned my phone off every night to charge and back on in the morning. The last several days or so I have left it on, charging while on for only a few hours as needed (I have been getting great battery life 24-48 hours, albeit with light use so I was doing it in part to test that). I had an old flip phone before this that I hardly ever turned off, but I was wondering if there is any harm in always leaving a smart phone on? I wouldn't do that to my laptop, so is it okay to do this or should I let it power down and "rest" more to conserve the electronics and the battery?
