HTC Incredible : Way To Get Back Deleted WiFi Shortcut By Accident?
May 10, 2010i accidentally held my finger on the wifi symbol at the bottom & it got removed.How do i put this back on the phone as a widget or shortcut?Whatever.It came with the bluetooth & wifi on the one screen when you buy the phone.I tried to find it but no luck?

Jun 9, 2010I'm a noob, with regards to the seven window panes on start up (sorry not too sure what they are called). They are news, weather, Friend stream, messages, the clock and favorites. I added a wrong contact to the favorite page and wanted to delete it. I pressed down on the screen, the remove icon appeared at the bottom and I dragged what I thought was the contact to it. Unfortunately it was the whole favorite page, can I add it back and how do I do it ?

May 29, 2010I am a complete idiot and managed to send my weather widget to the trash by accident. I managed to get it back but now it only displays the weather for one of the cities I added, Pasadena, CA, as opposed to displaying my current location. I've deleted the Pasadena location several times to no avail as it remains there.

Jun 5, 2010Got my EVO yesterday and this is my first post...so it might as well be a really dumb one I deleted that Sprint web links container (the one with CNN, Google, ESPN, etc)...it's the third screen to the right of the home screen...anyway, does anybody know how to get that back. I was trying to clean out the web links in there so I could put my own in, but accidentally dragged that entire container onto the delete spot.

Note I tried the ported EVO version, it just force closes. I think i need the exact one from the droid x 2.2 leak. May 16, 2010Using a droid incredible and sync with exchange. Tried to attach to songs from phone in a new email to myself. The email sat in the outbox and would not deliver. Deleting the email also deleted the files off the file system (or sending an email deletes the file?)

Aug 23, 2010I sink my Hotmail account, but have a lot of problems with it. If I delete messages, they sometimes come back. Also, anything I do on my phone doesn't translate to my account online. When I sign in from my laptop, all the messages I deleted from my phone are back. Does anyone have any advice to help fix this?

Sep 10, 2010Formatted my SD card yesterday and was cleaning up the internal memory of music as well since I was having issues with duplicate playlists etc. Just recieved a call today and noticed it wasn't my normal ringtone. I go to contacts(any of them) and see there is only one option for a ringtone. So unless there is a virus on my phone, I've accidently deleted my stock ringtones. Anyway to get the rintone folder back on the phone short of doing a complete reinstall of the OS? Take it back. My ringtones are still on the phone on the internal memory. I can play them fine in Mixzing/stock player, but are not showing up when I click on contacts/ringtone etc..
I did do this yesterday: iSyncr FAQ - Basic | JRT Studio I have duplicate playlists and/or blank playlists on my phone, how can I fix this up? Your phone has an internal cache where it stores this information. Sometimes this cache gets out of sync. You can delete this cache by looking for an application called "Media Store" (or similar) in "Settings->Applications->Manage Applications". You may have to press the menu button and change the filter to show all applications. Once you find "Media Store", open its options page and select "Clear Data". Then reboot the phone to force the cache to be rebuilt. Also, try searching your storage for *.m3u files, delete any of these files that are not in the "syncr" directory.
HTC Incredible :: Files Deleted / Moved After Connected To PC - Get It Back?
May 23, 2010There were a bunch of videos on my phone's internal memory (21 to be exact). I connected the phone to a PC so I could copy the videos off the phone and when it synced the two drives (internal and SD), it only showed 3 out of the 21 videos I had. I searched on the drive for *.3gp videos and it still only showed those 3. When I removed the phone from the PC and looked in my videos on the phone the extra 18 videos were no longer there. I also performed a search on the phone using Astro and again it only found the 3 videos.
It is as if they have been deleted somehow? Any idea how to get them back?

The idiot part comes from me getting all gitty about the 2.1 v3 update, not thinking about the pictures and videos that I didn't back up (my music and ROMs already were backed up) and deleting my SD card purposely to get rid of all the old, unneccesary files and folders. Oct 19, 2010I am new to the forums and i needed some help. I rooted my phone last night and i am having some issues. I deleted a lot of he filler apps but i also deleted skype in the process. Is there a way to get it back? Also my phone is horrendously slow now, the opposite of what the root was supposed to accomplish, i even had a 2200 quad benchmark score. Now my pages and downloads take forever. I thought there woulx be a way to get back to defaults to solve the problem. I unrooted too using one click lag fix and nothing changed for the better.
