A while back I deleted the Google Calendar app because I thought I would never use it. Now I need it back, and it doesn't look like you can get it off the market. How can I get it back? My phone is a droid incredible, its not rooted or anything like that.

I accidentally cleared the data for my "Calendar Storage" on my HTC Wildfire S. Can retrieve the events back for the calendar? I have never synced it with a gmail account either

View 2 Replies View RelatedI bought a HTC Magic yesterday, and love it so far, BUT, i have some problems with my google Calendar(Maybe this thread should have been posted somewhere else, but i`ll give it a go). Ive been using Google Calendar on my Computer for a while now, and have tons of entries added. But when i synced everything to my Magic, all the entries on my Magic was pushed back 2 hours. (for example if i add something on Monday 27th at 08.00 on my pc, it shows up on my Magic as "Monday 27th at 06.00".. And the same thing happens the other way around when i add something on my magic. Is there a simple way to fix this?
View 6 Replies View RelatedI don't use gmail app, I use normal email app like normal people who does not want to use 3 different email apps for 3 different accounts, so when I get an e-mail in Gmail and I delete it, it keeps coming back as new e-mail. When I open it it shows for a few seconds and then disappears, then new email count disappears. After I go back to using the phone new email appears again, then the same cycle..

Problem: Appointments / events created on my LG Optimus G were not syncing to desktop Google Calendar. No problem with appointments / events created on desktop syncing down to phone. Problem Identification: Default calendar when creating appointment / event on phone was calendar called "Phone". There is no calendar on desktop called "Phone". Solution: Pick different calendar when creating an appointment / event on your phone.

I would REALLY like to have my Outlook calendar (at minimum) pushed/synchronized to my phone. Is there an app or a way to configure this to work? Right now I am using the Outlook Web Mobile app for my email and I can view my calendar there but I would like schedule/calendar all in one place.

However when i go to my S3 and make sure that my account settings are syncing the calendar i only see items i have entered and not the subscription items. Is this how its supposed to work?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a rooted Samsung s6102 and I unistalled the google play store using linktosd thinking I can reinstall it on memory Card, but then I downloaded it and tried to install it. it installed but on opening it errors "force Close" I have tried many versions of it and it still doesnt work comes up with error "Force Clsose" I think it has to be installed in system. I don't know how to do this. In the meantime I have reset factory settings but still no sign of google play. I'm afraid link2sd must have deleted the relevant files. I also wiped cash memory but.........
View 2 Replies View RelatedToday, I managed to sync. my Lotus Notes calendar with google calendar (after 2 days of turmoil)Then the notes events were displayed on google calendar but 6 hours ahead (like GMT) thought both calendars were set on the same time zone (CST).At this point, the calendar pad widget synced with google calendar and displayed all my lotus notes events 6 hours ahead as in the google calendar.I then changed my google calendar time zone to GMT so that my lotus notes events showed the correct time .But now, the calendar pad widget still shows the old google calendar events that was 6 hours off even after syncing.Can some one please help configure such that my lotus notes , google calendar and calendar pad widget all show the same events at same time (hopefully, maintaining the same time zone settings for all)
View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm a new Droid Eris user and have been using Google Calendar for some time.I have a single calendar set up which is syncing with the Eris.I can successfully add/edit/delete entries from both applications and have them show up just fine on the other side.I have a couple of recurring entries that I've since deleted in Google Calendar but are still showing up on my Eris.The unique thing about both of these entries is that they were meeting requests sent to my Gmail address and accepted from there.They have since been cancelled from the original sender and are now removed from my Google Calendar.My calendar entries are labeled as dark blue, and these two show as light blue.I cannot select them on the Eris to edit or delete them.
View 3 Replies View RelatedRecent switcher to Android and owner of brand new Galaxy S4 here. I have two separate Gmail accounts, one for work and one for home. Each has its own Google Calendar. Both accounts are linked to my phone.
However, I want separate apps on my GS4 to handle each Google calendar. My phone came with S Planner and I have added Google Calendar App (GCA) from the Play store.
On S Planner I choose to display the home account calendar - no problems so far. I then switch to GCA and choose to display the work account calendar. Great. However, and this is my problem, these apps now seem to be 'linked', such that when I then go back into S Planner from GCA it is now displaying the work account calendar instead of the home calendar.
In other words, changes in one app seem to be mirrored in the other app. Is there any way around this, so that each app only displays one account calendar?
I'm a 1-week android user. I rooted my unit (Lenovo A390) and uninstalled the stock Agenda app because of my eagerness to get rid of bloat apps. Is there a way to restore this stock app? It's not available in the play store. I can't find any apk for this one so I can manually install it.

I got my phone checked from service center and other mobile shops, they told the phone is dead. It just shows the welcome logo of karbonn and after that a small symbol occurs and then restarts again.
I regretted moving to android from iOS. Here's my problem , after i accidentally remove google account from my phone and after i re-added my google account back to the phone , my phone keep redownload deleted apps . I tried to disable google sync like google drive and data and samsung backup and even disabled backup on my phone but its still not working. I also tried to go play store but i can't find anythings thats related to the problem .I deleted the deleted apps 5 times but after i deleted it , my phone keep redownload it back from play store. Is this a new malware ?
Im using Samsung S4 i9500 and I'm running latest firmware android kit lat 4.4.2 and no root.
I have a rooted EVO 4G that has worked fine until now, I backed up the phone to my PC with a full copy back up but did not back up the ROM Manager like I usually do, I tried to restore the phone and it will not place the saved calander with the copy and paste back to the phone through the USB when mounted as a disk drive, I have all the contacts and apps that I need saved but lost all of my calander details which for me include 6 months of booking and events that I use for my business, it will only restore from my last back up on the ROM manager. Is there a way to replace just the calander file, I'm not sure how to view it in the PC back up or even where it would be located.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have the calendar app on my Droid set to sync with my google calendar. There are events in my Droid's calendar that were deleted from the google calendar a long time ago. If I visit the google calendar website, I can confirm that these events are not in the google calendar, yet they still appear on my Droid. I have tried deleting and re_adding the calendar under the calendar app's settings as well as using the "manage applications" area to clear all the data associated with the calendar. The calendar the appears empty, but after the next sync, those events come back (even though they do not show up on the online google calendar). What can I do?

I was trying to clean out the web links in there so I could put my own in, but accidentally dragged that entire container onto the delete spot.
