HTC EVO 4G : App Not Playing Well With Latest Myn / Way To Get Work?

Just installed latest Myn ROM and now 4G will not connect. However, before reinstalling all of my apps / system data with titanium backup, it would. Anybody know which app (or something else) could be causing this?
I believe it was talked about over on xda, but I cannot find it now as that thread is going crazy with new posts with the recent release.
As a side note my 4g has slowed down to like 50 kb download for the past 2 days... not sure what is causing this. It is not related to any ROM and I've updated/flashed everything I know how.

does unrevoked work with the latest OTA? If not is there another really easy partial root method like unrevoked? Im not trying to flash any roms I just want to run wireless tether and titanium backup and I have very little knowledge of this stuff.

Best way to tether with latest ota? Does unrevoked still work for the latest ota? Do I have to flash a new Rom? What is the easiest way if really all I care about is wireless tether?? Sorry for nob question, just trying to understand it all.

According to a PocketNow article dated Oct.5th.....Skype (mobile) is now available for Android. frauhottelmann Good job Skype, it doesn't work on the Galaxy S (unfortunately that's what I have) You simply can't log in on the Galaxy S. Too bad. Then another poster wrote..."Same for me". Unfortunately he only says "You simply can't log in..." and this leaves me wondering WHY NOT ? If anyone out there knows exactly why we can't use our SGS to log in...then please enlighten the rest of us who are left wondering. It seems to me that if the exact reason is known then someone should be able to come up with a fix.

I'm running Windows 7 on my main PC and netbook - are there any issues with the Hero and Windows 7? i.e. HTC Sync? Really excited and looking forward to getting the phone - still not sure what to do with the N97 - speaking of which are there any REALLY good fm transmitters that work with the Hero for in-car playing?

Just wondering if the latest update for Set CPU broke anyone's phone and required a n android backup to be performed? I got the update last night and the phone started running really hot. This morning, no matter what kernel I installed it wouldn't go any higher than 528mhz. But the temp was at 90-110F just sitting there. I un installed...did battery pull...rebooted and re-installed with the same results. Only way to get the phone over clocked again was to revert to the backup I did before doing the upgrade. Not sure if I had something weird happening, or if others have seen a problem with the latest update.

Is it just me or does the double tap zoom on the browser work better since the FPS update? Before, mine didn't zoom in very close when I double tapped and the text would still be too small. Now when I double tap it's about the perfect size. Anyone else notice this?

I've already tried to get the cert by visiting the url (but apparently my web browser already trusts the cert) so I'm not sure how to get a copy of it to add to my cacert/jssecacert which seems to be the only solution I can find on the internet. I've tried running the android sdk and avd manager from inside eclipse and from the command line no dice same problem both times.

I have an Evo with the latest updated Qik for Evo on my phone; however, it just doesn't seem to work as advertised. I am currently running it on WiFi to get a faster connection, but when I try to stream live, the shortest delay I can get is about 30 seconds. Worse than that, when I try to watch the feed, it just constantly tries to buffer and it is almost impossible to watch. I've tried it about once a week for the past month, but the same thing keeps happening.

I've been out of the Eris game for 2 months since my LCD cracked, however I just fixed it yesterday. Could someone help me get back up to speed on what/where is the latest root ROM running? I think I have the 2nd rooted 2.1 ROM: I just need the base ROM and I'll "cook" it up as needed.

If I charge my phone with the power off when I turn it back on it automatically reboots. Then I have to re sync and re-install all apps.

I did the ran the EVO update this morning and tried Pandora immediately after and the sound quality is much better on the "normal" setting.Seems to be back to pre-froyo update before it got @#$@ up.Is anyone else seeing this after running the update.

Okay so I rooted a few months ago, and installed a baked FroYo ROM from MoDaCo. However I want to update it to a later version. My question is this:
Since I've already rooted, and can use Hboot, can I simply copy the new zipped ROM to my SD Card, and install it through Hboot, or do I have to do through the whole rooting path again?

BTW mods, im not looking for support, just to discuss the issue and see if i can be brought to speed
Today i unplugged with my 3500 in the phone, checked emails for about 22 seconds and it dropped to 92%
turned phone off and plugged back in until green, and streamed Pandora while checking emails for about 15min before it even moved off of 100%
Just wondering, whats the latest word on this issue? Is it hardware? software?

my g2/hero is currently rooted i did this as i couldnt wait for tmobile to release the latest rom update as ive been trying to fix my signal issues, 2 bar is the norm 3 bars is rare and 4 bars well that would be a miracle as in the 2 months of ownership ive only had 4 bars once. but my question is even though my hero is rooted is it ok to use either the new tmobile rom or the latest htc rom on a rooted hero as at the moment im using the macado rom (excuse the spelling) i thought this might of help my signal but it has remained the same. so i thought id give the htc or tmoble rom a try but i dnt want to unroot my hero as i like being able to have my apps on the sd card.

My app requires that devices are running at least Android 2.0 OS. Would it make more sense for me to compile my project with the 2.0 SDK or does it make more sense to always compile my project using the latest SDK, even if it's well beyond 2.0...?
The problem with compiling against 2.1 for example would be that I don't know if an Android 2.0 device would even run an app compiled with 2.1...?
