So I have had my Droid Eris for about a week now. The other day I decided to play around on YouTube to see what it was like. Here is the thing though, I have literally found like 1 video that will play. Most of the time I get "This video can not be played". Anyone know why this is?

It seems, almost every video I want to see is unable to play with the youtube app. I'm not really a big youtuber as it is, but why have a youtube app on the phone if it can't play 99% of the videos? Although the browser works better, I do get the same result for some videos using the browser too. Is this part of the limitations with having Android 1.5 or what?

This is a new Eris, got it about 2 weeks ago so I am assuming it's got the most current ROM. Does anyone know how I can get YouTube to work while on the cellular network and not WiFi?

I have had the droid x for a little over a week, my last phone was the eris. I have yet to be able to play any youtube videos on my phone, whether it be from the youtube widget, a browser window, or a facebook link. It just goes to loading video, and it never loads. Has anyone else had this problem?? I have tried it both with and without using wifi.

Im logged in my youtube account and im connected to my wifi at my house. But the problem that im having is that everytime i go to upload the video, It continues to say Waiting to Retry.. It keeps saying that for like 15 minutes until eventually it says Failed Network Error.. The wifi is working fine when trying to browse internet. I deleted the cache and data in youtube as well.. I just cant understand what would be causing this, but its really annoying.. I really wish someone could help me please.. I dont know what else to do. I even created a new youtube account to sync with my gmail, and that didnt work either

I know a lot of people have been having trouble with YouTube. I was experiencing these same problems. When i first got the phone YouTube worked fine, and then i started experiencing the following message. "Sorry, this video cannot be played".However i found that when i cleared my search history the videos would then play. For those that don't know how to do this. In the YouTube Application: Menu>Settings>Clear search history.You don't have to exit the application after clearing your search history but you may have to go back a page and then re-select your video.This has worked for me time and time again.

The bluetooth I have is the Jawbone prime and its currently synced with my phone.I can talk to people perfectly fine with the bluetooth but when I open Pandora, it doesn't play the music through the bluetooth.Is the Eris compatible to do that or do i have a defective bluetooth or do i need to enable something,I simply cannot find the option to open bluetooth to access media.
