I appear to have found a fault but don't know where to log them? Is there an official forum or process?
The problem is when forwarding sms there is no option to search for a contact. If you press the search button it just goes to online searching and not contact searching.

I am having the official 2.1 (not rooted) and I got the following message when I start my phone:
The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
Is there a forum (not a sub-forum) specifically dedicated to the Sprint Hero?
I had a Pre and precentral.net was a great site that tons of people visited.
It seems like this site and Androidcentral.com don't get much traffic.
Can anybody else be bothered to to look at five different forums?

I was wondering if their is a forum which is frequented by Orange staff so that I can vent my annoyance and hopefully get them to also reverse their decision. View 6 Replies View RelatedI have posed this question in some threads but as yet have made no progress.I am just curious as to why HTC appear to have left out the Bluetooth Voice Dialler function that can be provided by the Froyo 2.2 O/S. I believe this feature is present and enabled in some of the cooked roms and also in the Nexus one Vanilla 2.2 so why not here?If I have missed somthing simple or if anyone is aware why it is missing or how I can activate it that would be fantastic!

View 13 Replies View RelatedNever had time to really get to understand my branded HTC Desire, bought in Hong Kong but serial numbered for Spain. The first time I connected to wifi I got advised an update was available and tried to get it (Android 2.2). It didn't load properly. I got a "process system is not responding" message, no wifi, no phone and constant rebooting every 5 minutes. Have contacted HTC, removed SIM and SD, done soft and hard resets, all to no avail. From forums like this I know this isn't rare. HTC Spain suggest I send the phone to them, but as I'm in Australia, I'm a little fearful of expense. Is there anything else I can do? Is putting the update on a SD card likely to work when the phone has such limited functionality at present? If I do send it to HTC or otherwise fix it, should I avoid installing updates in future?

And there is no way to remove it. The only option I get is to uninstall the app. Any way to get around this problem?

View 1 Replies View RelatedSo since I got the phone on Thursday, at random, I'll get these popup crash messages, that say "The process com.google.process.gapps has stopped unexpectedly" it has a "Force Close" button, which doesn't seem to change anything other than to acknowlege the message.It will happen at random, sometimes while I'm on the home screen, or sending a text message, but more recently, as I was trying to manage & link contacts. When I searched for this message it seemed to be related to people using Gmail, but I always get this message when I'm doing other things and not even touching my Gmail account.
