I'm having trouble displaying all of my pictures on my asus tablet, when I go to the gallery it only displays some of the pictures, even when I go into the album, I'm sure it's something simple

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have 2 Asus HD7 Memopad (ME173x) tablets running identical to each other, same settings, same software, etc. I have a powered hub in an OTG cable connected to one of my tablets. When I hookup my Canon point and shoot digital camera to the hub, one of the tablets sees it acknowledges it pops up a window saying what program should I use for this USB device either Asus Gallery or the Asus studio or the Google camera importer, and everything works fine.
I unplugged the OTG cable from that tablet and plug it into my other tablet and I get nothing what so ever, nothing pops up. but I know its not a problem with the USB port on that second tablet because when I plug in a flash drive into it and load up the OTG helper I can see the flash drive with no problem using ES file manager. I just can't seem to get the camera to read on that tablet.
so I plug the OTG cable back into the other tablet and boom it pops up the pop up again and it works. I compared settings on both tablets and they're all the same settings identical. I don't remember what I did if I did anything to the first tablet to make it work.I think I just plugged it in and it worked.
When I first got my tablet it synced all my apps that I have on my phone onto my tablet. All me emails sync up but how do I get it to sync all the new apps again? It's annoying to have to put calendar appointments in both my phone and tablet. Same as every app I download on my phone. I seem to be doing double duty constantly. It did it once but never again.

I've scoured the web looking for an app or solution to this and have come up generally blank, I've tried all the free midi controller apps, but they only seem to support Wifi or Bluetooth, which my keyboard is unable to do.
I'd like to eliminate my computer as a middleman (If I'm at my computer I'd just use that) and be able to use my tablet to record on the go!

Works fine on computer and no issues so far via usb.

I'm not talking about the screen density (DPI). I'm talking about the pixels.
The thing is I own an Acer Iconia A700 FullHD tablet but there is lag, especially on 3D games that forces the native screen resolution of 1920x1200.
So forcing the resolution from 1920x1200 down to 1280x800 would theoretically reduce those lags.
So it works with some games that comes with an option to change the resolution, but most games doesn't have an option, they simply run in 1920x1200 and lag really badly.
Is there a way to change the overall resolution down to 1280x800 ?
I know it MIGHT be possible but there could be a problem because the image has to get upscaled to the native display resolution.
And I don't know if the Tegra 3 comes with an hardware scaler. So if the resolution gets changed, it might get upscaled and filtered (or not) OR just centered in a smaller image in the middle of the screen.
But either way.. Is it possible? if yes, how?
When I go to some websites, with my HTC Rezound, all I get is an arrow or a box in the middle of a frame. No picture or video.

People send me pictures, they come through on my phone as a gray arrow pointing right like you should be able to click them and play the media, but nothing happens when you click them. I've confirmed that what they are sending me is just a picture taken with a sprint phone.. Why won't the picture display in handcent? What do I have to do to see these pictures?

I'm not sure if they're full apps or just simply icons to download apps or get more information. I have tried to avoid using them. I know previously I had a couple apps that were sending notifications to the notification system that I considered to be spam. After some research I found out how you can find out which apps are doing it and disable notifications from those apps so that took care of that.
