I have just realised that Adobe flash player is no longer supporting Android 4.2.2 products......I have already looked at those manually installing flash player instructions by looking through archived flash players on Adobe website (so dont bother forwarding me links in this area)..... because I really want to be able to watch videos on browsers on my new tablet..

Apr 2, 2014I have 2 Asus HD7 Memopad (ME173x) tablets running identical to each other, same settings, same software, etc. I have a powered hub in an OTG cable connected to one of my tablets. When I hookup my Canon point and shoot digital camera to the hub, one of the tablets sees it acknowledges it pops up a window saying what program should I use for this USB device either Asus Gallery or the Asus studio or the Google camera importer, and everything works fine.
I unplugged the OTG cable from that tablet and plug it into my other tablet and I get nothing what so ever, nothing pops up. but I know its not a problem with the USB port on that second tablet because when I plug in a flash drive into it and load up the OTG helper I can see the flash drive with no problem using ES file manager. I just can't seem to get the camera to read on that tablet.
so I plug the OTG cable back into the other tablet and boom it pops up the pop up again and it works. I compared settings on both tablets and they're all the same settings identical. I don't remember what I did if I did anything to the first tablet to make it work.I think I just plugged it in and it worked.

Mar 9, 2014When I first got my tablet it synced all my apps that I have on my phone onto my tablet. All me emails sync up but how do I get it to sync all the new apps again? It's annoying to have to put calendar appointments in both my phone and tablet. Same as every app I download on my phone. I seem to be doing double duty constantly. It did it once but never again.

I've scoured the web looking for an app or solution to this and have come up generally blank, I've tried all the free midi controller apps, but they only seem to support Wifi or Bluetooth, which my keyboard is unable to do.
I'd like to eliminate my computer as a middleman (If I'm at my computer I'd just use that) and be able to use my tablet to record on the go!

General :: Internet Movie - Watching With Flash Player Rather Than Apps
Sep 9, 2012Anyway, when i am trying to watch a movie in my adroid device (Xperia Sola), sometimes it directly opens it with flash player withing the browser (Btw i am using stock) and sometimes it wants me to open with some apps, like Movies, Quickpic and MX Player. Since i am able to play that video with flash player in my computer, i want that video to be played by flash player, not by some apps.
Actually MX Player is better in watching movies, but sometimes it cant grab the movie, but flash player makes no problem like that.
I unchecked "Play HTTP Links" in MX Player, but there is no such option in stock Movies app and Quickpic.
General :: ASUS Memo Pad 8 Stock Apps / ROM
Apr 24, 2014I rooted (using Kingo root) Memo Pad 8 (ME180A) and deleted many bloatwares. The problem is that I also deleted Gallery app which is connected to Camera. So I factory reset via both Settings->Backup and reset and Power+Volume up button. But the deleted apps weren't restored, still missing.
Unrooting and doing factory reset can fix this problem? Or should I download stock firmware or stock Gallery app? I couldn't find stock apps and firmware.

Dec 31, 2013I have a Nexus 7 tablet and every few days I notice a few new apps on the device. I'm not sure if they're full apps or just simply icons to download apps or get more information. I have tried to avoid using them. I know previously I had a couple apps that were sending notifications to the notification system that I considered to be spam. After some research I found out how you can find out which apps are doing it and disable notifications from those apps so that took care of that.

Its need a factory reset, the problem, is that I get in recovery, but, only get the android with red exclamation, I try a lot of combination with buttons but cant get the menu, Try a wipe with adb but cant enter adb shell, its say - exec '/system/bin/sh' failed: No such file or directory (2) -

General :: Wrong Recovery Flash On Dreambook W7 Tablet?
Feb 9, 2012I have a Dreambook W7 and it looks like I've killed it.
That's what happened: I've tried to flash a new recovery, but did it in a wrong way, so now I can't turn the device on. In both variants (usual boot with "Power" button or boot in recovery mode) I just get an Android logo and nothing more.
Is it possible to somehow repair my tablet?
What was actually done wrong - I've used 'dd' command with 'of' set to "/dev/block/mmcblk0" with a wrong 'if' file.

Mar 13, 2013I just purchased a cheap 9.7" Android Tablet, Model AM09-D2. It came with ICS 4.0.4, has 16Gb ram and a dual core Cortex A9 CPU. I would like to know how I go about backing this thing up. It is rooted and has absolutely no blootwear installed. Is it possible to flash a custom recovery. Like TWRP or CWM to save a image of the rom. I have already did a data and app backup with Mybackup Pro. Now I would like to backup the Rom and maybe do dump. Is it possible and if so how? Not really that comfortable with ADB/fastboot, truthfully I don't understand what the difference is. I already have drivers setup for Samsung Galaxy Nexus on my Win 8 notebook. Will installing ADB/fastboot screw things up?

General :: Using Flash Player On Android With Hebrew
Jan 10, 2014I am trying to run flash website with my Android device(Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean 4.3). The website built for Internet Explorer only , but i succeed runming it on my FireFox browser on my PC. When i am trying to run this website on my phone , it run properly except of one thing : the Hebrew shows Gibberish.
I tried to put an image but i couldn't! I know that Adobe stop publishing Android flash player, but it still can be download from Adobe's website.
I search on the Internet and tried a lot of things: Flash Player isn't influenced of the browser encoding. I tried to replace a lot of browsers of android, no one solve the problem. After understanding the locale can be the problem i decided to make my IE on my PC show the same Gibresih. I change the religion on my windows 7 control panel and my IE showed the same problem. My device is English but i use application like customlocale2 ( I tried alot of those application). i tried to run the website on my friend galaxy s3 (genuine Hebrew) and the same thing happend. After searching on the internet i found this [link][2] which show how to change Firefox config on android device. I saw that the locate isn't for Hebrew. I tried to change all the configs that look like related to locale from my PC FireFox(couldn't find how to import config to Firefox android) but the same thing happended. (Maybe i miss some configs). Firefox doesn't have Hebrew edition to android device yet. When i tried it on My Google Chorme on my PC , the same thing happend. when i change the language of Google Chrome (including UI) and tried it works! I tried to enter to other Flash site i know and the Hebrew was upside-down.

One feature that's bugging me on the Desire, the default application for Youtube videos seems to be the HTC Flash Player, but I don't want to use this. I would prefer it if it opened with the Youtube player so I can get high quality video when viewing Youtube clips on WIFI - the HTC Flash Player has no settings or option for video quality improvement.
On my G1, every time I opened a link for Youtube (from e.g. the browser or Seesmic), it opened up the Youtube application as the default viewer.
