I installed ics on my Galaxy S and it runs pretty good but I was searching for an app called Tuenti (social network in Spain) and it doesn't appear... I also tried installing this app with Root Explorer but I can't... Do you know how to make apps that aren't suppose to be built for ICS running?

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S.
Since I got it I've been trying to get free apps from the Google Play store but every time I try to get an app it says "Package file is invalid."
I have Gmail already on my phone and it works perfectly, but every time I try to do updates it says the same thing.
Is there any way to do that? Im running out of space but i have 29gb free on my sd card..

I use Tmobile UK and I got to Amsterdam last night. My whatsapp stopped working and today I rebooted the phone and now all my apps except Chrome and Gmail do not work.
I having a roaming plan with TMobile so I'm not sure why my apps have stopped working. Do I need to enable certain stuff to keep them working?

I just want to know if the phone will screw up. I already got rid of the MTV app and nothing bad happened from what I can tell.
I know that the my external storage is formatted correctly and that some of the apps are able to be moved to the card. But the move to SD card option is not visible.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI just bought my micro sd card (8g) and I inserted it into my phone. It says its there but I don't know how to transfer my apps or music, videos, extc onto it! I have the Samsung Galaxy Rush. I tried downloading apps to move it but it says there is an option 'move to sd card' and there isn't. Is it not reading the micro sd card right? I tried moving simple apps, messenger, bubble worlds, fruit ninja, whale trails, things like that but all it said was clear cache and no other options. I downloaded a few of these apps to transfer to the sd but they didn't work. I don't really know what to do because it says I have little space but the sd card is in there. It has 7 gigs of space but nothing is on it. How do I transfer my apps?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI bought a samsung galaxy xcover 2 2 weeks ago, and i realized that theres nothing to do to transfer/download straight to sd card. I called to Samsung support in finland and they said that i have to format the sd card and after that you can transfer some very few applicatoins to sd card but however i have not managed to transfer even one application. I have tried app2sd and searched around the internet in order to find some way to transfer apps to sd card. I found from youtube some kind of way, but there was like downloading some program to computer and then connecting the sd card and phone separately to computer and then giving some commands to computer and copy and cut and clicking thousands folders and some more stuff i didnt really understand the whole thing was really complicated. I am starting to be really frustrated for this problem or whatever it is, its just stupid to even put this kind of faulty "function" to any kind of smart phone. In every other way samsung galaxy xcover 2 is very excellent and easy to use, but i think transfering apps to sd is very important function/tool. It goes through the motions of downloading and then throws an error that the dowload failed. It does not give a reason for the failure. View 2 Replies View RelatedBig problem, I was using my phone and it ended up crashing and stalling. Took phone battery out and put back in to restart the unit. Now on startup it shows me the galaxy s gt1m900 scrren, then turns off. If the power is plugged in, it will loop continiously. No clue how to get it back up and running, I did manage to get to the "downloading - do not turn off phone" screen but thats as different of a result i could get..
