General :: Camera Not Working On Karbonn A30 After Upgrading To Jelly Bean 4.2.2

I have upgraded my Karbonn A30 mobile from ICS to JB 4.2.2 with the guide lines mentioned in this XDA-forum. I have successfully upgraded to JB 4.2.2, but after upgrading Camera is not working on my Karbonn A30.
Camera is starting but not able to see any picture and also Gallery location in Camera app is not showing. When I capture any image, the screen goes to GREEN colour and it got hang.

Is it possible to upgrade HTC One V to Jellybean 4.2?I have tried running software update located in settings-->about phone but it says that there are no updates available.So is it possible to get jellybean 4.2 on my phone?Are there any risks involved?Can updating to jellybean harm my phone?btw my phone is rooted. I own a MI-BOOK MI3 tab. I'm able to surf the internet using browser but, couldn't login into gtalk app, youtube app, googleplay app, can't signin or sync the device with google and, I tried factory reset couple of time changed modem settings, reset modem settings no chance whatsoever and also login with another gmail account which was created for this purpose. Also when I login into play.google.com browser it shows all the apps that or wiped after factory reset as "INSTALLED". What do I do? Also how can I upgrade to Android 4.2 Jelly Bean? I followed your tutorial and gained root access to my tab.
Also if I factory reset again will the root feature enable will be gone? Do I have to root again after one more factory reset if done? What about Android 4.2 Jelly Bean upgrade? Can I root again using same method if I get it to upgrade? Can I change the [url]... settings showing apps as installed even though they were lost after factory reset? If I upgrade to Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and do another factory reset will it reset to new installed Android 4.2 Jelly Bean or will it go back to earlier version of Android? What will happen to apps that came with tab by default? Will the apps that came with the tab be lost after upgrade?

possible to prevent camera app to start automatically rotating into landscape with just the icons adjusting to portrait/ landscape view? I find this real annoying because not just the pop ups are always in landscape but also it does not start or close smoothly and by the way it looks ugly..so is it be possible to make the camera start as other apps in that mode I actually hold my phone?

I have customer, who has crashing app on his phone. Previously we use to use aLogcat application on the phone. So user was just instructed to extract log from this application and send logfile to us. But unfortunately aLogcat is not working since Jelly Bean update.
How can I get logcat info from his device without asking him to install entire Android SDK? Any simple software on the phone or on the Windows computer can do this trick?

I was prompted to update swype this morning. I did so, and now everytime I select swype it closes automatically and I get the android keyboard.
- Swype Beta is checked in Language & Input (android keyboard is selected and grey in this screen)
- Choose Input Method screen. I select "Swype Beta". It flashes to Swype. Then reverts back to Android keyboard immediately
- I have cleared cache, etc. and rebooted the phone. This brought me to the new swype EULA and activation process. Which I did successfully. I rechecked all settings.
- I have since uninstalled. Reinstalled. Reactivated. Selected. Rebooted. Etc. Nothing.
Still nothing but silence from Swype about this set of issues that are spreading like wildfire across multiple Android forums I am a member of.
Jelly bean 4.1.2 on Galaxy Nexus HSPA+ running stock android, etc

So I have couple modded games like zenonia 3 and 4 .. when i on 4.1.2 that apk work perfectly.. but then i do fresh install to update to 4.2.2
After update to 4.2.2 i reinstall that modded game..but when i run that apps, its force close..what should i do to make apps working on newer rom?
Rom and kernel stock 4.2.2 and 4.2.1 both crash.. I already tried edit prop and fix permission both fail..

I cant sync my google accounts ('sync is currently experiencing problems, it will be back shorly)
Google maps says 'no network connection'
Play store says 'server error'
Gmail says 'waiting for sync, your emails will appear shorly'
Sounds like my internet is broken? ITS NOT. whatsapp and opera mini, web browser is still working 100% and able to connect
I have tried:
turning sync of and on
clear the cache of various google apps
turning the phone off and on
The last action I did before it worked was to uninstall the 'microsoft outlook app'.

I was taking a walk and taking photos with my 2 month old galaxy s4. I have never had any issues with it. intill yesterday, I encountered a camera crash. I took out my camera, made a panorama, and then switched to auto mode and that's when my camera froze for like 30 seconds. after, it unfroze. I took a picture and the picture came out well accept the white black little horizontal lines on the top and bottom of the photo. after that I got worried so when I went back to the camera, it said the camera failed message and then it brought me to the home screen. after that, I accessed the camera again and everything was fine, the camera worked, accept the interface was frozen. I could not press the shutter button, gallery button, mode button, video button, etc. so I rebooted my phone and now the camera works perfectly. yesterday after the reboot I took pictures the whole day and It was perfect. today it is perfect too, no crashes. im just getting a little paranoid about why this happened and I am scared something is wrong with my phone as I worked and paid full price. everything is alright now im just wondering, was this a glitch in the software? did the camera crash because it was having a hard time that second to go back to auto mode from panorama mode? this is again, not happening any more but what was the message all about? how come it works now? is my phone alright?

I installed the new camera app to take photo-sphere pics. I installed the gallery as well. But all of my pictures already in the gallery are not showing. The screen is blank, though I think all the pictures are in the memory. This happened after I installed the new camera app.

Panasonic P51 mic has suddenly stopped working. When I use a sound sensor app it is showing a reading of 20 to 25 dB which is way below 50 dB that my other android phone is reporting at the same time in the same room. I'm on 4.2.2 and the Bluetooth / wired headset seem to work fine. I've had the phone for less than 3months

I recently updated my T-Mobile S3 to 4.3, experienced the usual bugs but worked through them.
I just bought a new Miracast capable smart tv (LG LN5700). When attempting to connect using the new screen mirroring option, the wifi direct connection is successful, the tv recognizes that the connecion is made, but the screen goes black and eventually the connection dies. My girlfriend also has an S3 on Sprint running 4.2 and hers works just fine.

I have an AT&T note2. AT&T just had an update, now up to 4.1.2....
Since the update, my favorite app now will not work, the "No lock" app.
This is an app that will allow you to toggle on or off, the screen lock with pattern or code. You turn on screen lock with pattern, (or whatever security type), then use this app to toggle it enabled or disabled...
If the phone is in my pocket, (yeah, note 2 in pocket...lol.) I have lock screen enabled so it won't stay on if a text comes in, or an update / notification. If I'm using phone, I disable the lock screen, so even if the screen times out, the home button will bring it up and back to where I was without a swipe or lock pattern.
So, am I missing something? I think I have tried all the settings I can see, trying to get the app to work. The only way it works slightly, is if I set the phone to only swipe to unlock, no security. Then I can toggle swipe or no swipe. But that does me no good in my pocket. If a text comes in and wakes the phone up, my pocket can swipe to unlock or just keep the screen on from the moisture? or body heat?, or whatever the screen reacts to.
The app I use is No Lock by BoD... It has always worked on my S3, and worked on my Note2, before this last update.

I have a Prestigio Multipad 3670B running Jelly Bean. The Facebook app is configured to play notification sound upon receiving message etc., but no sound ever plays. The notification appears in the status bar, though. I have tried to reasearch the problem, but search involving the keyword prestigio doesn't yield much and in the general case, the problem is mostly reverse, i.e. the notifications popping up when they shouldn't.

I tried to take a screenshot using the power button + volume down key method, and it does animation of taking a screenshot, but the resulting file is "media not found" and simply shows a blank picture in the gallery. It was working earlier today, not updates, nothing.

I'm having some strange problem with my Sony Xperia SL.I use Virtual Router Manage on my Laptop to connect my mobile to internet over Wi-Fi. From this morning none of the apps are connecting to Internet(Play Store, Instagram, Subway Surfers, Browsers, etc.) except WhatsApp. I've tried resetting Settings on my phone. Also reset the Wi-Fi modem on my Laptop. Still the same.

I have rooted my device and I was downloading a app and it was taking long to complete so I force stopped some app in the app manager thing (I think it was about downloading) and now after that any google things don't work. I just got a galaxy s4 today. The media controller on my galaxy gear was working fine before but now it isn't at all. Everything else is functioning except that. The devices are paired and I recently tried hard resetting the gear twice and no results.
Strangely enough, I've used my gear with 4.1.2 on my s3 and the media controller is the one thing that worked almost consistently.
