So about a week ago I bought the fantasy football app for my iPhone and then my iPhone went bye bye. I just bought the samsung captivate and was wondering if there was a way to transfer my app ( in iTunes) to my android phone so I don't have to pay the 5 dollars again.

I have recently got a Samsung S4 after being an Apple person. I went straight to Winamp as I use it at home on my PC and love it, and want to keep it consistent. I am able to import my iTunes library into Winamp on my pc without issue. It is when I go to copy it onto my phone that I have problems. I right click on the folder/playlist I want to move across, select Send To -> Devices -> Galaxy S4 and it appears to copy. However, when I check on my phone, the playlist shows as <name>.pla and there is no music in the playlist. Only if I click on Songs in the main menu does it show the songs, but of course all together and in alphabetical order. Is there a step I am missing out on here? I was looking to upgrade to the full version, but at this stage, I'm not willing to go any further unless I can get this resolved.
And trust me, I want to keep using this program; just annoyed that I can't get it to work properly on the phone as it's the best and only player I use on my PC.
I just got all my iTunes music and pictures transferred over and I was wondering if there was a way to get the digital copies of Bluray movies I put on my iPhone onto the Droid? I saw someone else had a problem with iTunes movies before and it sounded like he bought those movies off iTunes. I'm simply trying to get the digital copy of movies that came with the Bluray movies I own onto the Droid such as Terminator and Transformers.

I thought I was going to be able to have the playlist (such as Jazz) from my itunes also available on my droid. I have the music on my droid, but there isn't anything under playlists on my droid. Is it possible to have the playlist show up on the droid?

View 7 Replies View RelatedI love the native music player that comes stock on android (via google music). I also use a mac, and I'm in Canada (so I can't take full advantage of the google music service, I.E. storing music in the cloud and managing it that way. In order to put music on my android phone i simply select the songs in my itunes and and drag them into the music folder in Android File Transfer. This works, however, there is one problem: the songs aren't organized into folders, which makes it extremely difficult to organize / delete music from my phone when I want to, as the songs are organized as 01 01 01 01 01 01 02 02 02 02 02 02 03 03 03 03 etc. I tried to right click the music folder and say new folder but it won't create that folder in the music folder. I tried moving the songs into that folder then dragging it into the music folder but that won't work.
I really don't want to use double twist, because I have in the past, and I don't really like it all that much. I just want my files to be organized into folders so that when I can delete them later when I want to.
I currently have the Galaxy S3 and I should receive my Galaxy S4 later this week. I would like to know the easiest way to transfer apps and my iTunes library to my new S4..
I have ~ 20 apps and, if necessary, I don't really mind re-installing them all when I get the S4. But is there an app that I can install on my current S3 that will back them up (like iTunes with the iPhone), and re-install them on any new Android phone?
Also, I will be getting a 64 gb card for my new S4. I have 55 gb in my iTunes library on my PC and I have never before imported them to an Android phone. Is there also an app that will let me do this, and keep my only playlist (3500 songs)?
I've bought the S4 and I'm switching from iPhone! But I found a problem that I don't have any solutions for. How do you transfer contacts from the iPhone to the S4 without using iTunes? I've tried Microsoft exchange as well but it doesn't work.

I've tried a lot of things and every one of them just transfers over the songs from the playlist and not the actual playlist. I really like the Music Player Samsung has and I want to use that one, but nothing seems to transfer playlists to it. I've tried doubletwist (only transfers the music, not the playlists), iTunes agent, (same) dazzboard (doesn't work at all), and songbird (so buggy and slow, impossible to use... gave up) There has to be some way to get that player to work with iTunes or to import everything from iTunes and use it with the Samsung Music Player.

At the end of the day i want to export this database to a web server. Could anyone point me in the right direction for this? Should I use httppost or put. My second question is my Droid is rooted with BB 0.4, is that going to be an issue when I go into the Verizon store? Well, I thought when I got my new phone I would be able to redownload all the apps I had purchased but I cant. The Market wants me to pay for them all again. I guess the market tracks you specifially with your phone, not your account. So I called Verizon, of course they were no help. The chick didn't even try to help, I asked her if I could get those apps back and she stalled for a second like she really didnt know but also didnt want to take the time to find out, then she said NOPE. I was like man, that sucks, she said YEP! That was the end of the conversation. Surely there is a way for me to get these apps back without paying for them again? I know they are inexpensive but when you have 10 or so they start to add up! Not to mention I had my first phone for less than a month and hardly got to enjoy the apps I purchased. I've thought about emailing the dev's but dont know if thats a good approach or not.

I tried emailing the video, but no attachments went thru. Is there a way to export it via USB, etc.?
