I was wondering if there are any checkbook apps out there that can be linked between 2 phones? I just need to be able to balance a single account and would like to have the same numbers and entries on both my wife's and my phone. Anything like that?

I've checked the forum and found a couple threads related to my question but they all seem to end without a definitive answer, so here goes.....
I'm looking for a checkbook register app that can be installed on 2 Android phones and will sync with one another. Example: My wife makes a purchase and records it in the application.....I am then able to open the app on my device and view the purchase she just recorded and vice versa. As I stated above, I have checked multiple recommendations from other threads, (e.g., cashflow, firewallet, financisto, etc...), but none of them are clear as to whether or not they sync between multiple devices.
Balancing our newest game, Flick Defense. Many people have been giving us mixed reports on the difficulty, specifically the arrow angles. We would love to get some feedback! The Demo version is free to download!

The app and the upgrade were signed with the same key as far as I know. Some of the builds were on a linux machine, and other were on Windows. Could that cause this message?
View 2 Replies View RelatedFor some unknown reason when I now try to create a new Android project in Eclipse (Ganymede running on Windows) it fails to link to the android.jar in the SDK (1.0_r1). This has never happened before, and all my existing projects continue to resolve Android components just fine.
Error: "Cannot create linked resource '/.org.eclipse.jdt.core.external.folders/.link0'. The parent resource is not accessible."
Does anyone know of a Yahoo IM client that handles linked (AKA Aliases) accounts? I have tried the following clients:
- Meebo
- Palringo
- IM +
- eBuddy
- Nimbuzz
- Hi Yahoo
- Yahoo Droid
They all have the same issue which is: I have linked yahoo accounts (a primary with other accounts linked). When I log into a yahoo account with the above clients and I receive an IM to a linked account, I receive the IM just fine, but when I respond to the IM, it will send from the primary (or logged in) account and NOT the account that IM was sent too. What SHOULD happen is the IM should be sent from the account that the IM was sent too just like the desktop app works.
I have a text view (white text on black background) which is linkified. If at least one link is created and the user touches on any non-linked part of the text, then the non-linked part disappears (or turns black, I'm not sure).
View 4 Replies View RelatedI lost a contact somehow and so created a new one with name only but no phone, email details. Then I linked the contact to that persons facebook profile, so now the contact diplays their details from facebook. Then I sync with gmail contacts and looking at their contact in gmail it shows some link metadata rather than the actuial phone numbers etc. This is the data:

Is there any way to have the phone copy the contact data it reads from facebook and store this in the phone in the person's contact record? This way it will track through to gmail contacts.
How do I remove Facebook from my phonebook, there all wrong, all the pictures are messed up.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm having a problem with the music app on the desire. Basically I've got about 2 hundred albums on there, all mp3 with artwork (jpg) embedded. Basically there are 6 albums where the artwork does not show up, it just displays the generic music note symbol, the rest of my music all displays the artwork no problem. After much experimenting, it turns out that if I change the name of one of the problem albums (to anything - I just added an extra character to the end of the name) then the artwork is displayed. But then if I change the album name back again, the artwork is not displayed. Wierd! I'm assuming that there is some sort of internal database on the phone that has got an incorrect or corrupt entry for those album names, but I just can't clear it. I have tried deleting the 'album thumbs' directory but this did not have any effect. Can anyone think of a way to clear the problem, without doing a factory reset, as I don't want to have to re-set up my apps etc.

None of my friends contact picture has changed on my phone, even though a lot of them have changed their profile picture on facebook. Is there a way to refresh this somehow? FB is set to sync every few hours, and I've manually done it and no dice.

View 1 Replies View RelatedBeen searching around for a while and found some posts with no replies on other forums for this annoying issue.I have my contacts linked manually with my Facebook friends list. Pictures are working and everything seems fine on that front.In the link screen I can hit the drop down to choose the contact name to display in the People widget, and I can choose between my phone contact name and the Facebook profile name.The problem is that if I choose the Facebook name (usually first and last, which I like, since in my phone I have some people in under nicknames, or just first name, etc.) it only temporarily remembers that change. Within a day or so I will open up People and the display name will be back to the original.
Example:
Contact in phone named John, linked to a facebook account called John Smith
In the Link screen I click the drop down for his name, and choose John Smith (which is labled as a facebook account) as the Contact Name The next day when I open People the contact is listed as simply John again.Anyone have any ideas?I don't want to go through my whole list retyping peoples names, especially when there is a feature that should make it a simple pick list.

For example, I have a contact with 4 linked profiles (phone, google, facebook, twitter); It is displaying the twitter name and I'd rather it display the actual name (from any of the other linked profiles). When i go to edit this contact, the first name and last name is what i want it to display, yet it still display the twitter name.

I also noticed that other people had unusual names showing up that were obviously not first names. I'm wondering how I would go about changing my display name in the marketplace. View 6 Replies View RelatedI have a Motorola XT319 Android 2.3 I tried to save some space linking (LINK2SD) the contacts app and contact storage app. I first had to Move them to user app (as they were system apps) and then proceeded to link. All went well but when I tried to open the PHONE app y will NOT load. Nor the CONTACTS app. I tried to UNlink it and switch it back to system app but it wouldn't. I can't make any phone calls.

I've been having a weird problem lately. Whenever I open a webpage in the normal browser and click on a link, it opens up dolphin browser and opens the page in there. Any idea why? I'd like to continue using the normal browser and dolphin just as a backup.

However, I accidentally removed my facebook account which reset them all. As it had synced with Google already, I just resynced the links back to my phone, no problems.However, now all the photos have disappeared and short of unlinking and relinking anyone (which will take a long time...), is there a quicker way to refresh their photos?

However, I'd prefer to keep the name I already have for them on my phone. For example: Say I have "Jon" saved on my phone. His facebook profile name is Jon McJonjon. When I link the profiles, now his contact will read Jon McJonjon. I'd prefer to keep the name I previously had for him as his contact name. Any way to prioritize which profile you're linking is the main contact name that shows up under the contacts list?

Because when i set some picture to contact on google contacts or from phone photo album, after a sync the picture of the contact looks UGLY!! It has some crap resolution, dunno why, but the facebook contact pictures are still in great quality. Well I really like what forum member sprint fun did with his avatar by making it into a OSU buckeye. I would much rather see that image rather then the green default android guy. Sprint fun has already said I could use the image, but I have no idea how or if its possible to set it as the default image for callers with no photo linked to their account.
