I am not much of a gamer anymore, but I have really gotten into FIFA 10, the problem is everytime there is a call or text message it takes me out of the game and the game is not saved, I have start all over again. Any app or hack?

As an individual that likes to keep my phone audio turned on with notification alerts....
How can I stop those alerts during phone calls?
I don't need to hear whistles or "you've got mail" coming through my calls.
It's most bothersome for the fact that I have a bluetooth handshake to my home handset and all the phone audio pushes through.
Is there a setting that turns off phone audio when in phone calls and then turns it back on after you hang up?
I'm looking for a screen capture app that lets me record my gameplay off my Android. I have tried Screencast PRO , but I don't get no video after I open the game I am trying to record or it lags up bad , audio isn't synced correctly , and pieces of the notification bar are included in the video . I'm using the Droid Razr running on AOKP ICS 4.0.4 Rooted.

Is there a standard uninstaller function that is called regardless of the method used (like via the Marketplace, settings manager, or a third party app)? And is it possible to kill this function before it starts?
Ideally, I'd like to create a listener that listens for the uninstaller function and then injects a standard confirm/cancel dialogue.
When I make a call it is obviously saved in the call log which is fine. What I don't like however is how they then appear at the top of my contact list when I press 'Phone' (until I delete my call history) Is there anyway to disable this or any app to download?

I'd like the option to dis-able audio notifications (blinking LED or vibrate is preferred) so the audio experience isn't interrupted.
I am having an annoying issue with my alarm while I'm on a call. If I'm on the phone and the alarm goes off, it totally disables the phone keypad and basically takes over the screen. It went off today while I was on a call and I couldn't dismiss it in order to get the phone keypad back. Is it my phone (a motorola photon) or something else?

All calls were clear, however today when I got home and made a call the call was not clear and had a background noise that sounds like a shower or white nose. All subsequent calls I make have this background noise and I tried rebooting the phone, putting my sim card in another phone (call was clear on other phone), and tried factory resetting the nexus. The noise still persists.
I was wondering if anyone else experienced this problem and what you would suggest I do.

We notice during telephone calls, either dialing outgoing or incoming calls, the display turn off almost immediately when the telephone calls started.
Is there anyway to keep the display turn on all during the entire telephone calls?

I am going to play music using the music icon mind you not pandora or google listen at an event for a little over an hour and a half and when the phone (Moto Droid) is silenced it still interrupts the music a little whether it be a text or a phone call.

I do notice that it happens when my Bluetooth is on but the screen locks and won't allow me to depress the headset button and it doesn't respond to ANY button...Thus lost calls..

I need to shut down the service on background.Except the service restarts itself over and over again! Even if I kill the program from task manager the service restarts itself. Other programs aren't using the service. when I uninstalled the program the foreground program information popped up indicating it was STILL there(albeit this I solved by rebooting phone).
When user says he's finished with the program 'least he can expect is for the program to stay down rather than keep eating battery by acquiring GPS signal and sending them to server. The program is not intended to be "once you log in you need to Uninstall me and reboot phone to get rid of me!" type of program!
Is there anyway to make VoIP calls or Skype Out calls on the EVO? I am switching from the iPhone 3GS and am going out of the country on vacation in a month and I got used to making Skype Out calls over WiFi when out of the country.

The screen doesnt light up and no options for receiving calls. This happened before I installed Google voice. I disabled Google voice and still no joy. Everything else works. I can make calls, browse over WiFi and 3G.

My issue is that when I exit the app, the GPS continues receive updates. As far as I can tell the app never stops running, it just no longer displays the map activity.
I have to be missing something important.

My battery keeps on over heating when i charge it. My battery started acting funny this week when i plugged it in to the charger and it would charge stop charge stop continuous. Should i take it up to Verizon and see what they say.

View 18 Replies View RelatedI have an app which, for the last 12 hours or so, I can't NOT launch in debug mode on my handset. No matter what I do, it shows the "Process ... is waiting for the debugger to attach" dialog, and the process appears with the little green bug icon in DDMS. Never seen anything like it.Here's what I've tried: - Using the "Run" command, not "Debug", from Eclipse (duh) - Rebooting all hardware - Doing a clean install on the handset - Setting android:debuggable="false" in the manifest.That last one's freaking me out. If I can't turn off debugging for a production build, I can't distribute the app. And it's currently my top earner in the Market.Anybody got any ideas? About the only other thing I can think to try is a clean reinstall of Eclipse and the SDK, but that's enough of a PITA that I'm hoping I don't need to go that route.
