Jun 1, 2010I am having problems when i recieve a photo in a text message, sometimes it will auto download but then it stops after a couple of days and i just get a message saying download unsuccessful. I have taken it in and had the phone re set but i want to know if there is another way to fix this problem from happening i am tired of loosing every thing or not getting my pics.

Mar 25, 2010When I'm sent an attachment either thru the email or thru MMS I can't download it. Sometimes it seems like the attachment downloads with it comes thru MMS because it will say "Downloading" after touching the bubble but when it appears to be done, I can't find it anywhere. I'm using Handcent SMS and stock Email. Any help for this issue?

Nov 30, 2009About a week ago I set up my Google Checkout account. I didn't have a specific app in mind at that point but I knew someday I would. Then I downloaded the free version of Robo Defense over the weekend. I decided to buy the full version this morning. After I clicked through the legalese and all that it gave me the usual "check your notification bar for download progress", but it hasn't done anything for 15 minutes or so. No download progress or anything, and the app isn't installed. Does it normally take a while to start the download of a paid app (or your first paid app)?

Oct 30, 2009I reset my Hero last night after I went on a APP downloading spree and my Hero got very laggy. Think it may have been the Task manager apps.
After resetting my apps won't download. They just stay in 'starting download'...hanging. Any ideas?
Everything else is fine as far as I can tell....Oh other than my keyboard sometimes produces an abnormal sound when hitting a key. Call me picky but it's starting to get on my nerves. That's something that did not go away with the reset.

Dec 3, 2009Where do downloaded email attachments(documents, pdfs, etc..) get stored? My internal memory is at 70MB and if i recall correctly it was around 200+MB when i bought the phone. I put on apps, but not 130+MB worth, and my cache is clear. Any other ideas what might be eating up my internal storage?

Jan 13, 2010I'm trying to play videos from a site, its a MP4 and when I click on it loads but then I get an a message of "Cannot play video, Sorry, this video cannot be played." The video also gives me the option to play it as a WMV, when I download the WMV version it wont play. All it does is play the audio, the actual video won't play. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to download an app, if so what app?

Sep 29, 2010So you really just browse to Unlocker in your phone, download that file, run it, and you're rooted? It just cannot be that easy. Going to attempt it tomorrow. Nothing else to download? Okay, sorry about that first paragraph. Short description, This is being released because of another thread where it was requested. These are my personal mods that I made and use for myself but am now sharing with you all. I havent tried/looked into making a "flashable update zip" so for now this comes as a package of APK files that you will push to your phone via ADB. I have made this slightly easier for you as I have provided all the commands needed that can simply be pasted into a terminal window.......................

Nov 22, 2009I was looking for a better browser and for my money Dolphin is the best one. But I can't download anything! I've tried pdf, mp3, and gif all from different sites and every time it just says "download unsuccessful." I've managed to download the same files using the built in browser but I can't seem to get dolphin to work.

Jun 22, 2010I posted this last night in the regular Sprint HTC forum, but it may be more root related and I thought those of you that frequent this forum may be better at coming up with the fix. Had to RUU back to 1.5, then re-rooted and restored back to a nandroid of ZenROM. Market has always worked fine, until after this process yesterday.I am able to search the market, it says the app will download, but never does. All my contacts are there, web works, email works, I have rebooted, restored to a different Nandroid still hangs at starting download. Googling turns up a few responses regarding British users having their gmail adresses wrong "googlemail" vs "gmail" but that isn't the issue here.One possibility.when I RUU'd back to 1.5, I MAY have accidently typed the gmail address incorrectly...(I have two that are similar except for one digit) But when I restored back to the ROM I'm using, it shows the correct address in the accounts and sync area. This is the only thing I can think of.
