Oct 20, 2010I just bought Xperia10 mini yesterday and download the Pc companion and installed it ! when I connect my phone to that it says there is another better softwaredriver for phone when I try to update it starts and download the driver then almost at the end it gets error and says it couldnt be installed cuz of issues?
Then I installed Update service I get this :

The wireless is good and working after I try update service I get unxpected error and it resets my wireless

Jul 19, 2010Does anyone else get this error message from time to time? Its very annoying and happens at the worst time (ie when a really super photo shot happens).I either have to reboot my phone before it will comes right or alternatively I have to keep trying to reload the camera and sometimes on about the 4th or 5th attempt it comes right.Can this be rectified? Is it a setting i have wrong? This is such an amazing phone, but man oh man, does it have some bugs that need to be worked out

Oct 17, 2010I have alot (and I mean ALOT) of apps on my Xperia, so I get around 5 app updates a day, which is now starting to agitate me because most of them are the same apps everyday needing updates.
Today I heard about an update for the market that includes an auto update feature for installed apps. But I, like many others, do not see this option on the market.
Does anyone have any idea how to get it? or if I can't get it, when can I?

Sep 22, 2010I recently went through a process recommended by Sony Support to download latest software update to my X10 (depite the fact that the inbuilt update process repeatedly informed me I had the latest software.) Now when i use the inbuilt procedure od SETTINGS/About Phone/Software update/ Update Now (with the WiFi & mobile networks setting selected) my X10 helpfully tells me "your phone will now search to see if any new sofware is available". After a few seconds it then informs me "Could not update - network error".

Jul 6, 2010When I try to make a call, I select a number and it displays "Dialing", then I wait few seconds and it displays "Call ended" and ends the call.No dialing tone or anything.It does it a lot.And people cannot get hold of me as well. Therefore I miss a lot of calls.I tried switching my SIM card to another phone and its better.Anything I can do? Aug 12, 2010Yesterday i added a security pattern where you have to fill in the pattern when the phone like starts. I took the wrong pattern and have to login with google stuff now. I did login and all stuff, but i get error saying wrong password or username. I checked on google.com that it was correct and it is. Now i do not have Internet checked on before it went to locking so i dunno if its the reason that i do not have the internet connection on it.

Sep 3, 2010Ok, so I've been trying for over 2hrs (pathetic, I know) to figure out how to get music on my phone. It's making me miss my blackberry!!. Ok, so, I mount the phone, and there's a folder (music) that I made, and it has the songs in it. BUT, when I go to Mediascape, I get the error message, "Memory Card Unavaible".

Sep 3, 2010As you've probably guessed this is regarding not having the G mail account details to unlock my phone. I have looked through the threads on this site (amongst countless others) and nothing has been overly helpful so I figured I'd just ask Basically, I have locked myself out of my phone and can't remember the G mail details required to unlock it. Most people keep replying with "Do a software update using PC Companion" but this doesn't make sense to me as you need to have your phone unlocked to be able to connect your phone to it so that doesn't work (unless there is something painstakingly obvious that I'm overlooking?) I've done the obvious things; taking out the battery, taking out the SIM, trying every single email/password combination I've ever used but nothing is working.

Nov 15, 2010I got my update 3 days ago, and now I dont feel my x10 anymore. Its not special anymore.. Anybody knows how to go back to 1.6? I got unlocked rogers phone in Canada. My battery used to go almost 3 days, now not even 24 hrs!! It does NOT charge more than %91.. Texting is so harder now, touchscreen is sooooo sensitive. app. menu sucks.

Nov 18, 2010I got my phone about two months ago, for the past few weeks I have been having problems with the microphone. When I call people sometimes every things fine, other times I need to hang up and call again because they cant hear me. Sometimes I need to call 3 or 4 times until they can hear me. I took it back to the shop where I got it and they thought it might be a software problem. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Also I have tried updating the software on my laptop and it doesn't seem to be working.
