Nov 24, 2010I signed up for this forum last night and ever since my in box has been clogged up with message notifications. How do I turn them off? Aug 21, 2010I have just got the x10 mini. i have set my hotmail account up on the email function and have gone into settings and set up to get notifications of new emails coming through. the problem i am having is that i only get the notifications when i physically go into the email function and refresh- which completely defeats the point of the function. Has anyone else had this problem, or have i not set it up correctly?

Aug 5, 2010I've had my X10 mini pro for about a month and now I can't stand some of the "features" anymore. First, I thought people where crazy, sending me the same sms two or three times in a row. But now I've realized that they aren't, it's just my phone that receives them over and over again. It is the same thing with notifications. If I set a reminder in the calendar, the reminder pops up in my notification bar sometimes five or six times before I get to angry and delete the whole event from the calendar. Is these problems specific to me or do anyone else recognize them?

Nov 22, 2010I attend to this error in notifications several times each day. I'm not asking it to update mind you. It's trying this all of it's smarty pants x10i self. When I actually do bring up the facebook application it acts ok. The one thing this x10i can't do is upgrade to adobe flashplayer. There are places that tell me I don't have video on my phone in order to view the news clip or whatever. It's not a big deal to me and don't really need it. It would be nice to turn off the facebook "unable to update" in my notifications, without removing facebook entirely.

Oct 9, 2010I have had the phone a few days now and I cannot connect to facebook thru Timescape.The Facebook application on the phone though works fine, just have issues when trying to connect do it via Timescape. If i click on a FB notification and i want to open it, it prompts me to the login screen. I confirm login with the correct details and then it just hangs there on the login. You can see the toolbar up the top go to the correct address and the progress bar goes in green and fills up but it doesnt proceed to the next page, it just hangs on the login screen.
I have checked my APN settings and I have 2 of them set up by default on the phone. I am with Vodafone in Aus and I checked their APN settings on a android site and there is only one for Internet and MMS. Should I delete one of them?

Apr 14, 2010Is anyone else having an issue with facebook within timescape? When it tries to sync for updates with facebook an error pops up in the notification bar and says "could not update from facebook server unavailable"
The interesting thing is it actually does still update the timescape and can still post updates to FB Tried a factory reset of my phone and the issue is still there

Oct 7, 2010My Timescape worked fine, but 13 days ago doesn't sync with the Facebook. I get a message: "Could not connect to the internet!" I tried with 3G and WIFI connection too. Everything works fine (for example the Twitter in Timescape or browser so the internet connection is available), only the Facebook refresh doesn't work. I tryed clear the timescape settings, and reconfig the timescape, tryed remove the Facebook account and re set, but the problem is the same. 4 days ago, I updated the phone software for the newest (R2BA026 1.1.31). I made a factory reset and made a repair with the PC Companion. I tryed remove the sony ericsson app, from my Facebook account. Still I have the problem, I can't fix it I didn't change anything, when the problem starts.

Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 :: Facebook Option Gone From Timescape App After Update
Aug 23, 2010After updating my phone to version 1.1.A.0.13, i came up with 2 issues:
1) The facebook refresh button, along with the facebook option were gone from timescape app!. I mean that in options, only twitter would appear for account adding!. Yet my older facebook feeds still appear, but as i said no refresh button is available now, so that i could get new ones!
2) Almost none call metering app works anymore! I used to use Call meter NG, but after updating it says that some error happened and it turns up with questionmarks instead of numbers were the call & sms counters were. And no other relative apps seems to work also.

Oct 21, 2010On occasion I am unable to load Facebook on my X10 mini pro. I receive the message An error occured while fetching data. [null] I can send/receive texts and email so this is not a signal issue. Point to note, I purchased an unblocked vodaphone pay as you go for my pay monthly tmobile sim.
