When using YouTube the video isn't full screen? just not possible on 1.6?also I have to go to options then more then switch to high quality EVERY video i go to....isnt there a option to always have that on?!!?!?
last question.. how can i view streaming video from a website like nothings.com or any other daily updated viral video site.. need flash or something?

By the way, there's an X10 system update. May my phone be confounding them ?
I got a X10 Mini and have sync my old W595 with the website. I just can't sync the website with my X10 with Notes. They are all there in the website but I can't pull the Notes to my X10.

after talking to orange on the phone for a long time, They were very help full, unlike Sony Ericsson, it turns out that while at home when my phone says its connected to WiFi, and is usually as I have tested by turning of data 3G and things on the hand set. It is still using 3G and streaming through the mobile internet.
Orange tell me its a problem with the handset and they have had a few people with the same problem. Orange kindly didn't charge me for my data use and told me to ring Sony who were very unhelpful and just claimed it isn't the hand set. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if any thing can be done. I now try to always have the 3G off but not sure if that is going to help.
Does anyone known of a good video editor application or pc software for 3gpp video taken on the x10 mini all i want to do is crop about 15 secs off a video i took but can't find one, downloaded 1 of andriod market but was just a player and not a editor like they claimed. why these features not installed standed anymore like they where on yesterdays bricks.

View 6 Replies View RelatedSo today I filmed the kids to send through MSS to their gramps. I used the MMS setting on the camera since the X10 can't edit video (amazing blunder if you ask me). But even with this setting the video gets too large to send. I've tried to change the allowed size in Handcent but that only removes the message about too big a file. The MMS is marked by a red clock indicating not sent. The original app does the same thing. Anybody else with this problem? The phone is rooted now but since so little can be removed after rooting due to problems with other apps I guess I'll just un-root it soon and live with Moxier. It's basically the only major app that can be removed without consequenses.

The files are mainly divx encoded but I have been converting to mpeg4 to play them in Mediascape. The video is skipping / jumping even though it is not at a super-high resolution, bitrate etc. Does anyone know what the best settings are to get video that's watchable? The Jet would play divx files no problem at all and I assumed the X10 would be at least as good...

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am having issues with playing videos on my X10. I have used Media Go to convert .avi to .mp4 before and they have worked fine but now I can only get 1 file to work out of 10. I have played the converted files in Mediscape and now they dont want to work.
So......
I have tried several different conversion programs (Smart C, Double Twist and some others I cant remember) and I have also tried a couple of different players as well (Rock Player, YxFlash, Real Player) and nothing works.
YxFlash used to let me play .avi and I believe that Rock Player is supposed to be able to support .avi as well. Now, nothing.
I dont mind converting the files, IF THEY WORK.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI activate timescape and it took all my facebook contacts and put it in the address book of my phone, and now i can not see my Sim contacts. how can I undo this, I already turn off facebook in timescape, maybe i should delete it for now as i don't use it, i like to keep my phone contact separate from facebook and access facebook only when i need it. and now i can't configure personal ring for the people i have in my phone book, because it took all the facebook information and its with timescape and doesn't have an option to set a ring for the contact in edit part i just can add it to favorites o delete contact. and i still can not see my Sim contacts they are somewhere because when i tap a name in search bar it shows me the contact and phone, but I'd like to see what i have. i already export my contact from Sim to phone but they still don't show.
