Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 :: Can't Seem To Setup APN Or Use Appropriate Information
Nov 27, 2010Okay, finally did the upgrade from 1.6 to 2.1.The only problem I am having now is connecting to the Internet with the phone. On wifi, everything works, but I can't seem to setup the APN or use the appropriate information. I am on tmobile USA, can anyone provide me with their setting?I tried using the setting from tmobile forums but have no luck. Is anyone running into the same problem?

I have installed Sony Ericsson PC Companion on my computer and I managed to add new contacts by adding them on my pc and then sync-ing which updated the contacts on my phone! (I was proud of my achievment...I use my calendar on my phone heaps and I was wondering if I can sync that to my Microsoft Outlook Express 2007 Calendar?

Sep 17, 2010I want to geotag any photos I take with my Xperia X10 and have the phone set up to do that. When I display the photos on my phone and examine the jpg information. I see the Filename, date and data for Latitude and Longitude. However, the Longitude data is always misreported (showing 1 degree and 53 minutes greater than true). When I transfer the photos to my PC and examine EXIF meta data using PhotoME (and other similar software) the correct Longitude is reported. Has anyone else had a similar problem? I have emailed Sony but don't expect to hear from them until the next millennium.

The first sync of contacts, calander etc was oke.
But since a couple of days i cannot sync my contact with Sony Ericsson, i Tried to connect but always the same : sync failed .
Checked the internet connection and al seems working properly, gmail sync oke, all oke except the sync with Sony Ericcson.Any a idea how to resolve the problem .
Perhaps a setting but seems strange because nothing as changed since the first time.

Sep 1, 2010Well I encountered a really weird and not pleasent experience with my x10 today. I had it charging overnight like probably everyone who has one does and than I unplugged it to get started for the day. However, when I unplugged it from the usb cord, the screen got locked and flashed. So I turned it off and turned it back on. Well when it came back on, I had LOST everything that I had setup on my 3 screens! No icons, no nothing! Everything was gone except for the wallpaper or theme, which was the same I had setup. I did have ADW setup as my launcher, but all my launchers were gone as well. When I held down the center button, which would normally bring up my launcher option, it brought me to the homescreen.
So now I have to go through and resetup all of the icons and screens. Not a big ordeal, but what is troubling me is why did it even happen?
