So we downloaded both Fring app and tryed to make a call. once i tried the app told me i could'nt do videocall because of sofware limitation how come? Jun 8, 2010I got my X10 on Friday and have until this Friday to decide whether or not to keep it. Have always been a Sony/Sony Ericsson fan, so hope to come to a "better than satisfied" feeling, so that I can feel good about my choice.Anyway, the one thing that is really getting under my skin is how many clicks/touches it takes to make a regular call. Even using starred contacts as a shortcut on the homescreen is really clunky and way, way worse for non-starred contacts. I love the direct dial shortcut too, but, as I say, I'm more concerned about those contacts you wouldn't bother to star or shortcut.I'd be really interested and grateful to hear how other users have set up to make a call starting from homescreen with the fewest number of clicks possible.

Sep 1, 2010Bought an Xpedia 1O (unlocked). Am in Belgium but my provider is Orange in Israel. I took the SIM out of my old non-smart phone and put it in my new phone. I can make phone calls, receive calls, ditto with texts messages. I have Data roaming on, Network Mode GSM/WCDMA preferred set, and have a connection to a local Belgian GSM provider.But anything to do with the internet does not work. Like set up connection to my email address, or create a Gmail account, or use my browser.So what's up? Do I just need buy something from my Israel Orange when I get back there? Or is there something obvious?

And also the in call volume is way to low, I am a gas engineer and working on site with this phone is a nightmare I can not hear a thing. Will the 2.1 update change this?
