I'm having trouble with some things on my experia 10,when i go to make a call i get random pics coming up,how do i get rid of these,? also is there a quick way of makin a phone call as i have to 3 options before i actually call someone!!!

I have seen other peoples having same prob in other forums but no ones been able to find a solution though. In 1.6 it used to be blurry too unless you added them via mediascape. Tried it all again on 2.1 and still blurry. Otehrwise the updates quite good except theres no FLASH!

Have always been a Sony/Sony Ericsson fan, so hope to come to a "better than satisfied" feeling, so that I can feel good about my choice.Anyway, the one thing that is really getting under my skin is how many clicks/touches it takes to make a regular call. Even using starred contacts as a shortcut on the homescreen is really clunky and way, way worse for non-starred contacts. I love the direct dial shortcut too, but, as I say, I'm more concerned about those contacts you wouldn't bother to star or shortcut.I'd be really interested and grateful to hear how other users have set up to make a call starting from homescreen with the fewest number of clicks possible.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have now had my X10 for a week and am quite happy with it in the main. The only problem i seem to have, is it sometimes reboots when i try to use the camera. It first did it before i had any marketplace apps on, so i don't think its due to something i installed. It happens when i try to open the camera, and it has also happened when the shopsavvy app tried to start the camera.

Well... good news is SE apparently has realized they should not have dug too deep into the Android core, but just layer them over. It took them over 9 months to realize this? What will this signify for us, X10 owners? Is that their way of telling us, give up on X10, and get their next Android product?
Noticed with my fone over the last couple of days. when i try download something from the market it keeps coming up saying this app couldnt be downloaded at this time try again later and have already and it still says the same.

I have the phone set up to use one of the phones own short notifications but it isn't using it and I have to restart the phone to stop the song playing. I have the Google Sync selected within the Data Synchornisation settings but I have auto synchronisation turned off.
Do I need to change my sync settings or is there a problem?

Basically, the story goes as follows...normally when I receive a call I have to do that swipe thing to accept the call, however, at very random times instead of the swipe I get the option of pressing 'Accept Call' or 'Decline Call' which are displayed on the lower part of the screen side-by-side. Now, to be perfectly honest I actually prefer the latter option but do not know why it is so random. To be clear, I have never updated my phone since I got it and I have searched the settings but not been able to locate anything which would explain this.

However, I'm just presented with 8 silhouettes of face graphics as available "pictures" to choose from. No obvious way to go into a folder where my images are stored. So easy on my old Hero; I must be doing something wrong on this X10.
